Injury from overtraining
I’m about 6 months in to hanging everyday 3x20mins or sometimes 4x20mins, no real gains but just finding my feet with wrapping, warming up properly, etc. However, 4 days ago I wanted to stretch myself and did may be 3 x 20 and another 3 x 15 in the afternoon. Everything felt fine when I went to bed, but I woke up with my foreskin at the base of my penis swollen- very scary!!
I did some research on here and it seems to be clogged lymph vessels, so I’m going to hold of for a month or so. The swelling has now gone down, though it has left some annoying excess skin.
Anyway, what I’m more frightened about is that, my EQ is non-existent, my flaccid penis is tiny, and every erection since has been half an inch less than it was before!! Its gone from 5 1/2 to 5 inches at a push!
As I would quite like that half inch back, has anyone got any advice?
Will my EQ and my size return to normal?
As if so how long should I rest for? Should I do any exercises to help it?
