I’m into PE-ing for almost a month (newbie routine), and I got a few red dots before, which usually disappeared within 24 hours. Now my exercises are a bit more intense and I got some bruises.. I hope this is not serious?? I also find it hard to maintain an erection..

What should I do?? Are there any cremes available?

Cane, do the newbie routine for at least 2-3 months. Next, do not do high intensity routines or exercises for a long time until you do the newbie routine for the next month or two. NEWBIE ROUTINE for at least 2-3 months minimum. Take a break until the bruising disappears and next time take it slowly. Slow and steady wins in this race.

I AM on newbie routine. I just did it a little harder/
