Get a cucumber that is 6.5 inches in girth. You will be surprised how much larger a mere 1/2 an inch makes. It is much bigger than a cucumber that is 6.0 inches in girth.

Stick it in your mouth. I am guessing you will not find it pleasant. Will be less pleasant for a woman, who will most likely have a smaller mouth than yours. It is true that porno women act very enthusiastic when giving blowjobs to penises that size. But they are paid to act that way.

Well just getting started and hope to post some progress soon.

Hoping to reach 8+ in BPEL.

My girlfriend keeps telling me that I am huge (based on her experience), but I am a big guy 6’ 4” and 280 lbs and think 8+ would be more fitting. I guess everything is relative. LOL!

Hey guys, I’m new here as well but not to PE. My main goals are to.. Lol well pretty much get bigger, but also for a more proportional look. I’m 5’10 155lbs with a lean muscular build.. To be honest, it looks kinda lame to have a small unit so I’m primarily aiming to balance out. I’ve been doing it for almost a month, my starting stats are:

EL: 5”8
EG: 4”8

I haven’t taken BP measurements cause I’m not exactly sure how, so I’m just hoping to gain an inch both ways.. Will post results soon, hopefully with gains! I’m focusing more so on length before girth, as that’s what everyone seems to advise, but it seems the ease with which I gain comes in the opposite direction that I want to.

Put the ruler on top of your erect penis. Press the ruler towards your body so that the edge of it pushes thru your fat pad and and is snug against your pubic bone. Just be consistent and try to measure the same way every time.

Bone Pressed measurements are important for keeping track of your gains. You want to have a measurment of your actual penis, not your fat pad. That way you can adjust your PE routine as needed.

Unless you do a BP measurement, you are just tracking variations in your fat pad == how many salty snacks you ate that day, how much water you drank, or how much fat you lost. None of that will help you with PE.

MNstrength — this reminds me of something. Have you done a girth measurement after taking a couple days off from clamping?

For a while I was pumping, had to stop for privacy reasons. I did not trust any girth measurements unless I had not pumped for three days. That way I was sure any temporary girth was gone and I was measureing my actual girth. I would expect the same issue exists with clamping.

Also — It sort of looks like you have only been doing PE since June 19th, 2008.

If so, responsible clampers would advise you to do the regular newbie routine for 3 months first. Stretching Jelqing, that’s it. No devices.

Newbie routine teaches you a lot about your penis. It is way too easy to injure your penis with the advanced methods like clamping unless you have this knowledge..

Maybe I have misread you. But I don’t think so. Do the regular newbie routine first. Do your jelqing with a grip only slightly harder than masturbation.

I did pe for a short while before “joining” the forum. But yes, i just wanted to test clamping out. It tires out my unconditioned unit too much to do often, or for very long. THOUGH, it did bring my eq up at a breakleg pace, which i’m very happy with! Yes, i have only measured after 1-2 days off, before my next workout. I’ve been doing the newbie stretches lately, and i’m liking the longer hang, hopefully that gets permanent (well, relatively. :) ) pretty soon here!

I do my jelqing pretty freaking intense if you think i should be doing it only slightly harder than masturbation? :eek:

I do 40-60 jelqs, and i’m tired out by then. Sometimes i throw in lighter, faster jelqs at the end to get the number up to around 100.

I go for quality over quantity. I don’t usually even count, I just do it until my hands hurt. When I started, I did high erection Jelqs with tons of squeeze, but I had plenty of members say this was not wise. I find that low erection Jelqs at medium to high intensity will definitely give me that sore “worked out” feeling. I squeeze as far into my fat pad as I can, focusing on the sides of the penis, then pull outwards like a stretch. Hold that for a couple of seconds, then Jelq outward to a slow 5 count. Kegel more blood in as you reposition between reps. 5-10 minutes of this and you will definitely feel it!
