Initial measurements

I do clamps with a different, bigger clamp. It’s not nearly as easy or as convenient as those cable clamps most use, but I don’t have any clamps like that.. Nor the money. And yes I know they’re dirt cheap. :) I removed the little orange parts so it would close a bit tighter, and it seems to be working out just fine indeed!

I go 2 days PE one day rest, I’ll take an extra rest day if things aren’t feeling good.

For stretching, I just do 30 sec stretches, a few in in all directions (newbie stretches.) I consider them more of a warmup than anything but hey, whatever works, right? I will start working more with other various stretches once I slow in gain speed, these newbie gains don’t bother me at all though. :)

YIKES! You clamp with Spring Clamps with Teeth? I hope you use some kind of wrap!

Goal: NBPEL 8 == EG: 6

Don’t get me wrong, some of that was most probably increased bloodflow, one of the best ways newbies make gains. (Particularly girth)

YES OH MY GOD. I definitely wrap! I use a cut up sock! :D Believe me I’m careful..

I’m going to go buy some cable clamps as soon as I can. :)

And exceedingly unrealistic.

I use clamps like these for woodworking and am familiar with them. I see two problems with using these clamps:

1) As mentioned above, they have very aggressive teeth for grabbing into wood. Not exactly ideal for your sensitive anatomy. Even with padding, it’s a risk I would not be willing to take.

2) Unlike Cable Clamps (on sale this week at Home Depot for $1.33 US) or even hose clamps, this sort of clamping would not provide you any control over the applied pressure. Because they are spring loaded they have only one tension. Again, I don’t think this is ideal: without the ability to fine tune, you lose control over the exercise.

I just don’t think they are safe or wise.

I was half kidding: no one could use these for more than a few seconds with no padding! Glad you are being safe.

Good point that your girth gains could be primarily EQ. I think that’s all my 1/4” gains were (and that is all I’ve gained from PE). My EQ has always been high, PE just made it even higher. When I clamp now, I can only increase about 1/8” above my normal erection. I’m afraid this indicates I will be an extremely tough Girth grower, but I’m focusing on length for now, so I’ll worry about that in the future.

I agree completely, I can tell that that bloodflow to all chambers has increased, but I’m not going to argue with increased EG.

I measured carefully both times: the EG is .6 larger. I’m sure the gains will slow dramatically now, as my EQ was almost never a “10,” before PE, But a 7. Now, I’d rank it at at a 8.5 or so.

Just wanted to clarify this: I meant that this is all I’ve gained in girth from PE. If your EQ was as low as a 7, then it is definitely possible that your girth is that much better now.
