I do clamps with a different, bigger clamp. It’s not nearly as easy or as convenient as those cable clamps most use, but I don’t have any clamps like that.. Nor the money. And yes I know they’re dirt cheap. :) I removed the little orange parts so it would close a bit tighter, and it seems to be working out just fine indeed!
I go 2 days PE one day rest, I’ll take an extra rest day if things aren’t feeling good.
For stretching, I just do 30 sec stretches, a few in in all directions (newbie stretches.) I consider them more of a warmup than anything but hey, whatever works, right? I will start working more with other various stretches once I slow in gain speed, these newbie gains don’t bother me at all though. :)
