Infrared Setup Question

Hey Whats Up, new member here, I’ve been doing PE for a few months and I would like to try out an infrared lamp for warming up, I don’t really like the hot wraps or rice socks. Can someone please tell me exactly what items I need to buy to make myself an infrared setup for PE warm up? I’ve done a search but it’s still not clear to me, I want to be sure of everything I need to get so I do it right. Thanks

Or is there something cheaper that will work just as well, anyone here who uses infrared lamps to warmup please reply and let me know what brand of lamp you use and how much it cost. Thanks

Anyone? If you use infrared to warm up for PE can you give me details on your setup, what items I would need to get to make one for myself. Or at least give me a link to a thread which describes what I have to get in detail, am having trouble finding this info on a search. Need some advice here.. Thanks
