Infrared lighting

So I’ve noticed alot of people buying infrared bulbs to warm up..

Has anyone heard of the ‘Light Relief LR 150’?

Has anyone dealt with this item before?

I think it is an expensive way of getting IR heat.. An infra red bulb would be more adaptable as you could use it whilst exercising.

So far as I can see it is a hand held instrument. which means you would only have one hand for PE.

Also I wonder about the words ‘topical heat’ Does it mean heat only at the outside of your body or are the waves able to penetrate the skin and flesh to heat the inner parts, which you also need to heat.

It is expensive. with lots of gimmicks. - Not really needed for PE.

I would suggest an infra red lamp for use( in Europe 150 watts) and the PAR38 type which is specifically designed for internal heating as well as outside heating You may find the wattage is different when 110 volts supply is used - Your electrical retailer be able to help there.

In Europe I recommend the Philips par38 150Watt lamp which is specifically designed for deep tissue heating

There should be an American equivalent available.

Thanks for the advise about the phillips infrared bulb, I have just one little question, can you use this bulb on every normal lamp? Or do you need to buy a special infrared lamp?

It will work on any fixture that accepts crew type bulbs, as long as you don’t exceed the recommended wattage.
Although I would recommend a metal or ceramic fixture, because of the heat.

I just got set up with infrared last week for about 25 bucks. I bought a metal clamp light fixture at the hardware store for about 10 bucks, its rating for 500 watts I believe. I went to the local pet shop and bought a 100W infrared bulb that is used for reptiles for about 15 bucks. So far I like it a lot, and hoping this tool will help me kick it up a notch.

I think it is a great idea to get a infrared light to help keep the “package” warm….

Yes that’s true but I am a French guy who is living in Peking. Anyway for the infrared lamp I have found online some, less than 30 dollars I think, as I heard that infrared is a must have, I will buy one as soon as possible.

If you guys do get infrared lighting, try to protect your balls from the light. If your balls get to warm, it will kill your sperm.

I purchased a fitting and bulb seperately and wired the lot myself, cost next to nothing for a 200w setup.

Some guys before sex go to sauna (infrared) to kill their sperm for the night.

I’m using phillips infrared bulb also when I’m having a cold or a pain in the neck and if I get injured with PE it heals much faster if only shine the spot or 5-10min.

Just picked up a fixture and a Sylvania infrared bulb at the corner hardware store yesterday for a total of $24 and used it for the first time last night. It feels amazing for PE. I’m thinking this may finally start helping with the gains I’m looking for. Point being, it’s just heat, you don’t need to buy a fancy medical device to get it working.

Isn’t it FIR (far infrared) that is the proven chunk of wavelength? Anyone have any recommendations for a FIR device?

But don’t buy into the bullshitology. Any IR designed to heat tissue will penetrate and do the job we want it to do. For us it’s a matter of physics - heat the tissue and it becomes more pliable.
IR is a clean, instant and easy way to do it, and penetrates better than other forms of heat.
Protecting testicles is essential - just pull your under-pants down to cover them and tuck a couple of layers of folded white paper towel (kitchen roll) into the waist band, covering your testicles. The white will reflect the light back (and under your dick a bit). They are also useful for cleaning up after jelqing!

Also avoid having too large a spread of light heating your abs and thighs too much. The sub-cutaneous blood will heat up and be circulated around your body. Lengthy periods of this can cause a mild faint feeling like heat-stroke. Not good. So if you feel a bit faint, weak, sick etc., lay off the IR throughout the routine and just turn it on to re-heat your penis as needed.

The back of your hand is far more temperature sensitive than the palmar side, so use the back of your hand to judge the level of heat. The penis is not a very heat sensitive organ; you don’t want to end up cooking it ‘medium-rare’. :)

definitely not into the bs. i don’t think fir will align my 6th and 7th chakra’s allowing me to cure cancer with a mere thought. just all the actual scientific studies seem to focus on the wavelength classified as FIR (though not necessarily to astronomers apparently).
