I bought this bulb , does anybody know if this is a true infrared bulb or a heat one that isn’t actually infrared?

Yes, I’d say that is an IR bulb - what wattage did you get (hope the 150)? And have you got a proper heat proof fitting for it - it will melt plastic ones, so hopefully you have a ceramic one.

Yup I got the 150 from amazon for $10, it’s not as hot as I thought unless it’s within a foot from my penis. Also got an aluminum clamp light from home depot for $7.50, the clamp isn’t great but I can’t complain for that price.
