Inflated After Session

Usually when I have a flaccid, just below where urine comes out from (not sure of the technical word) just below that at the back of the head, is some loose skin( I’m also circumcised) which is hollow like an unpumped balloon, but after my seesion today when my piece went back to it’s flaccid state, instead of the skin being hollow is was like a pumped balloon it was fat and it was red. I have been doing PE for while but never seen that before.

Temporary fluid buildup in the frenulum, I would say. Not much to worry about unless it stays red and the swelling doesn’t go down. Then ease off on the pressure you’re using or take a day or two off.

Safe for that, also did it happen because I overworked it?

Dont jelq too hard. Try a moderate grip to see if the fluid build up problem is elimated. If not, reduce the number of reps
