Is it helpful to use infared heat during stretching? I have a massager that has an infared heater on the back side of it. I’ve used it to warm up and I’ve actually placed it over the base of the penis while I’ve stretched over night to keep that heat over the ligaments. Do you think this is helpful with stretching and will it help to produce better length gains?

IR is one of the most popular ways of warming up. There are so many threads on it! Use ‘advanced’ search, use Infrared as a search term, and limit it to thread titles, and you can read for hours. :)
