Hello folks,

This is my first post, nice to meet you. I have just embarked on my PE journey having experimented with exercises over the past week and the following has occurred to me as a prudent question, aimed at anyone who has some kind of experience..

Are there any sensations or indicators that one should be looking out for that might suggest that the stretching and jelqing are being done effectively, in the opinion of the vets?

For instance, when stretching it seems as though I can feel it on the ligs but also at times on the skin and presumably the aim is to avoid stretching the skin and feel a deeper tension that stops short of pain or discomfort? As for Jelqing, it is difficult to know how much pressure is a correct amount. Looking at my penis as I jelq, the veins are clearly becoming engorged as would be expected but to what the extent the actual CC’s (I think that is the correct acronym?) are becoming engorged, I am not so sure, and I believe this is point of jelqing. Is there a particular sensation, or feeling of pressure, or visual sign that anyone else has found gives them a good indicator that they are hitting the right level of pressure?

The only way tell is to go by feel. For jelqing start off with the pressure you would use to pull your finger to pop your knuckle, then increase pressure little by little from there. If you can get anything over 25 wet jelqs without stopping increase the pressure a little more. And then with stretches you’ve pretty much got it. You should feel some pressure on your ligs but no real pain. Just remember that it takes a while to get a handle on the basics of manual PE, and it may take you a few months to see any real growth while you’re learning this stuff. There’s a reason we tell the newbies to be patient and take it slow.

Can you define “get” in this context? What would cause the stop? Penis pain or finger pain?

Neither. Under normal conditions it would be just losing your erection. I know the newbie guide tells you something like 150-200 wet jelqs, but no one is going to be able to get that without stopping for a few minutes to rest and get their erection back. So just shoot for 20-25 wet jelqs a “set” which is a good number for the pressure you need starting off.

I find that my erection goes down if the force is too weak.. but also the opposite, extreme force and it goes down.
