Incredibly hard gainer for length, absolutely stumped on how to proceed
I’m new here and I hear this is the place to be when it comes to all aspects related PE. I started PE exercises around Fall of 2011, yet never found the length gains I was looking for, which would also be 0.0” to begin with. So here I am five years later, after various routines, methods and techniques, trying to figure out a solution with my incredibly resistant penis.
My training history for the past five years has more or less always been the JP90 routine at its core. I never found EQ gains or length gains with jelqs so I more or less stopped them as they I was gaining was a turkey neck..
Stretches, I never saw progress, whether I’d increase my time under tension stretching (increasing from 30 seconds to progressively a minute) or the force behind my stretches (attempting simply to stretch further).
I experimented with the directional stretches, bundle stretches, A and V stretches, mandingo stretch never saw or felt my penis growing longer. I don’t think it helped that all these years up until now, whenever I stretched I’d place my grip and inch or two below my coronal ridge and would pull, causing a lot of my skin to bunch up past my glans.
I’m putting all my focus into length since I’m pretty satisfied with my MSEG and BSEG girth for now; I’d eventually like to even out my girth, but my USEG needs the most catching up between the other two.
I created a quick compilation video (1 minute) of my stretches to help demonstrate exactly what I’ve been doing for my stretches this past month since I just took a long deconditioning break and started up again.
I doubt I could post the video on this open forum so I’ll send it to anyone who thinks they may know what’s going on.
In the video: each directional stretch is held for a constant 48 seconds, A stretch is held for 96 seconds, and I do 132x side to side stretches and 76 circular stretches. (Each clip approx. 8 seconds long)
I think in this video you should be able to see just how hard I’m pulling, even with additional support of my other arm/body weight.
No matter how hard I stretch or vary the direction I stretch in, I feel close to zero stretch within or along my shaft, nor do I feel anything in the base of my penis or public bone. It’d describe it as an almost numb feeling, yet it’s not numb. It feels as if I’m trying to stretch an immobile cord that’s so taut, it just won’t budge. So in the video it may look like I’m getting a stretch in, but I can’t pull any harder to go past what I stretch myself out to.
Ideally, I’d just like to gain an inch after all these years. I’m willing to put in the work if I can find a system/routine that works.
I don’t have the available funds to purchase a Phallosan Forte, which I believe probably wouldn’t garner enough tension to help me out of this problem, or a LG Hanger, which I’d like to buy but don’t have the money.
I feel like if I pull any harder then I’ll rip my penis from the base of my pubic bone, or I’ll end up tearing under my glans :s
I don’t know how to proceed. I don’t want the next five months to pass my only to see zero gains.
