I have been doing PE for the past two years and my erect girth has increased from 4.5 to 5. I would like to increase my girth to 6” in three months. Is this possible? If possible what exercise would you recommend? I have been doing average of 150 jelqs three times a week. My erect length is 6.4”

1) I feel safe saying no. Think about it dude, you just answered your question: You increased 0.5” in 730 days where you want to increase 1” 90 days. How do you plan to make that happen?

2) Note: You’re really increasing the volume of your penis. Calculate the volume gained from the girth gains and you’ll see you’d be gaining a lot more than you might think.

3) Are you going to switch your routine up? I recommend Sadisky Slinkys, Horse440’s, and clamping (I haven’t tried pumping yet).

I’ve got to reiterate that aiming for an inch increase in girth in 90 days is aiming for an injury.

Have to agree with others, maps. I aimed for big girth gains in 3 months (I’m at 4.3 EG) and here I am, six months later, nursing an unsolvable injury. Take your time, especially with girth exercises. They really require a conditioned penis.I just wish I’d known that

I’ve been doing a girth routine for like 3 months and I’ve barely had any gains it takes time and you have to be willing to take a lot of time doing lots of exercises you’ll definitely want to crank up the higher erection jelqs and then try Slinky’s or horse 440s and do clamping, what I do is I have a regular manual routine in the beginning of the day and at the end of the day I do clamping. I myself can say, that I believe that it can be done, but of course you are talking to a guy who just gained 1 inch girth in 4 months of PE.

I don’t think a lot of people on here actually believed it and I don’t blame them, there are a lot of people who don’t take into account the whole EQ (erection quality) thing.

My EQ was out of the ballpark when I started, I’m in my prime and have been strict with my routine.

You are welcome to have a look at my progress report, there are pictures with measurements there to prove I’m honest and accurate.

The thing is, I’m not saying whoever follows my routine will have the same results, in fact after looking on forums, it’s very hard to increase girth, I know that it’s harder for most to manage girth than length, but I’ve been the opposite.

I’m sure it’s just me but IT does say one thing.

It was when I added uli #3s and edging that I saw my girth gains really increase.

On days that I do PE (I take ~ 2 off a week depending on how my trick is feeling), I usually do a morning and evening session.

Sometimes I only do an evening session, again, depending on how worn out my penis is.

I do ~ 200 jelqs per session at no more than a 60% erection, usually closer to 40%-50%.

On my morning and evening days that is 400 jelqs, however, I don’t squeeze hard, I save that for the uli#3s.

After 5-10 uli#3s I edge.

For those that don’t know, edging is to bring (masturbate) yourself just to the point of ejaculation (point of no return — PONR), but don’t ejaculate. Then bring yourself to the PONR again, but don’t ejaculate, rinse, repeat. :D

During edging I kegel to engorge my penis as much as possible. I usually egde for at least 15 min. I usually masturbate to ejaculation at the end of every PE session, although sometimes I take care of business later on.

To answer masturbation vs. gains question: I masturbate to ejaculation twice a day like clockwork, sex with the wife or not, I still get my morning and evening jerk on.
