I wear it from the minute I wake up to the minute I go to bed. Hell, buy 3 at a time! I cut mine down to the point where I can wrap it three times around my cock and attach it on the bottom side of my unit. Use whatever width feels comfortable on you. When I started using the velcro wrap, I was a turtled 2.75”, but I bought the 3” width and stretched my unit enough to wrap it. I just measured myself last night and I’m at 3.75”, so my flaccid has increased 1 full inch in 3 months. I also noticed, in the past week, that my cock isn’t turtling hardly at all anymore. My flaccid goal is 4”, but once I hit that, then I’ll change my goal to 5”.
As for comfort, you can wear it all day without any problems. It’ll feel like a glove on your unit. You may have to retuck once and a while, especially if you are one of these sleepers that tosses their bed partner off into the floor during the night. When the time of night, or morning comes when REM sleep takes you deep under, you won’t have to worry about it. Your nocturnal erections will pull that sleeping penis right of its warm cradle and do it’s healing. During this time you don’t have to worry about turtling, because you will be hard. The minute Mother Nature is done with her little healing episode you will be waking up for the day. have you used the velcro post PE workout? Can it also be good for erect length gains?
Personally, I think it’s important to use the velcro wrap ESPECIALLY after a workout and after sex. I’m glad I immediately told my wife about PE, because it would have been awkward explaining why I’m putting a wrap on my dick after sex :)
Also, I believe in a “cognitive muscle memory hypothesis” based on two principles:
1. The smooth muscles in your cock will eventually remember to be longer if kept in a slightly stretched position (that’s where the velcro wrap comes in).
2. Your brain will reinforce the growth of your unit by seeing the gradual increase in flaccid and by learning NOT to retract.
There’s a nice added bonus with the velcro wrap. It gives you a nice package when wearing jeans. That adds to the confidence factor, which influences the brain.
As for the erect gains, I doubt if the velcro wrap would directly increase erect gains, but I believe it plays a big part indirectly if you wear it immediately after your workout. For erect gains, continue to stretch and do those fowfers every chance you get!
