Hi, everyone. I haven’t posted in ages but I have lurked the forums for months now and have learned quite a bit. I guess I’d like to introduce myself by asking you all a question.

I’ve noticed that some folks happen to have rather large base girths, that sort of “taper” to the glans. Is that natural? Is there any particular exercise to achieve this? I ask because I’m getting close to my desired length of 8” BPEL at 7 1/4” x 4.7” and my unit is kinda cylindrical (not a bad thing) but I want that tapered look. Any insight on this is welcome.

I gained most of my girth on the base.
Went up from 4.7 to about 6.3.
Most of it came due to clamping, the rest I’d attribute to wearing an ADS (PE weights) and O-bends.
My midshaft girth just went up to 5.2 though :( (

Yep, clamping and pumping increased my base girth.

I’ve read that hanging often had the effect of increasing base girth (Bib reported that for instance).

I recorded base girth gains after 3 months using newbie routine, part-time ads, part-time pump.

Does pumping help with base girth. I have gained about .15 inches through the newbie routine so far. I am looking for a good girth exercise to add to the newbie routine. I have a pump, but have heard most people see more results from clamping. Is one better than the other?

Clamping is an advanced exercise and newbies should avoid it. Your penis must be conditioned before you can start clamping with a reasonable degree of safety.

o-bends + cockring/rubberband at the base helped greatly increase the base for me. it went from 5 inches to 6 inches in a few months.


Start (April 07): BPEL= 6.3" EG= 4.7"

Now (October 08): BPEL= 7" EG= 5.0"

Goal : BPEL= 7.5" EG= 6"

Explain the cockring/rubberband at the base? Did you wear it during the o-bends or all day?

yes i wear it during the the o-bends.
