I am in week 5 of my PE and I’ve increased my jelqing from 10 to 12 minutes. I am slowly trying to make it to the standard routine. I would like to be doing the standard routine by the end of 2 months. I’ve been doing 2 on, 1 off. Do you all think it’s time for me to increase to 3 on, 1 off? Can I keep the routine I’m on or do I need to decrease the stretches and jelqs I do on day 3?

What are horse squeezes? I read something about it and the poster said they were for veterans however, they are part of the standard routine and I want to start working them in.

Progress: Things I’ve noticed are a veiner penis, its longer in the flaccid state, it feels heavier, and my erections and orgasms seem more powerful (at least my orgasms do). Is that about standard?

If what you are doing is working, you should not increase it. Add more in when you are no longer seeing any results, otherwise you will just toughen up the tissues of your penis faster, making more gains harder to achieve in the long term.

Horses in the standard routine? Not that I’m aware of. I certainly wouldn’t add them yet for the same reasons as stated above.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

It is the beginning for me and results come slow, no? The people I’ve talked to and from what I’ve read, those who have gained, gained from increasing their routine. At present, the results I’ve seen are, longer flaccid length, veiner and heavier cock, and maybe a little thicker. As far as EQ goes I’ve always had good erections and if anything I feel hornier. I don’t think I’ll gain a huge amount for from keeping the present routine. I think it’s time I increased to something greater. From what I’ve read, I get the impression that I should be at the Standard Routine around 2 months. And yes, the Standard Routine includes 5 minutes of horse squeezes. If you think that is too much too soon I’ll probably not do it.

When I use heat before and after my workout where should I focus on heating? Should I focus on the member (tunica) itself or the ligaments above (around the pubic area)?

Kegels, I just squeeze like I’m trying to pinch off pooping/peeing and hold it for 5 seconds? How long do I rest before starting the next set?

I’d take firegoats advice! He is a wise animal! If you are gaining don’t change your routine until you for sure plateau.
You are lucky in gaining as some don’t. Keep a positive attitude and stick with it. If you add more you may be stifling your full potential. (that’s what worries me) Good luck!

Maybe a stupid question but, how do I know when I’ve stopped gaining and how much do I increase? If I’ve never gained and my gains are what is supposed to be expected for starting out, how do I know when I’ve plateaued? If I want to gain and inch in both EG and EL, how do I know when to increase? I guess the real question is, what should I expect to gain from JUST doing the Newbie Routine?

You will notice that most of us measure our dicks for progress. Not often but maybe monthly is good. Did you measure when you started? You say you feel longer flaccid and heavier. Is it your feeling or did you measure or is it your visual take? Expectations are sometimes not met. You set goals and monitor your progress. How’s your EQ? That is another thing you should be noting. My gains didn’t come from the newbie routine. I experiment on a similar path and one day measured after my wife said I seemed to fill her. So I joined PE so I could learn and grow. My luck to you. Try documenting your journey. :)
