Is it really necessary to increase the jelq time continuously?

Im currently jelq 20-30 mins a day. Should I bump it up to perhaps 40 min? Do you think it would make a difference?

If you are making gains with your current routine there’s no need to increase. If you are stalled or at a plateau you may want to increase the number of jelqs or try alternative methods like clamping.

P.E. is about experimenting; I never gained a 0.00001” from manual girth work, so, I had to experiment a lot to know this and also had to experiment other things to see if they would work.

If you think it’s about time to increase and that that will help you without hurting yourself, do it. :)
