Increase of Larger then Average Penis on Display Online

I noticed a increasingly big influx of larger than average dicks online for the last 1-2 years.
This is going on since some years after smart phones were introduced but ramped up much more now.

It still doesn’t change the average distribution where a lot of men are within the average size crowd and increasingly less the further you go up or down from the average.
90% of men are in the average size crowd and 5% are much smaller than average and 5% are much bigger than average.

Nor has the distribution on nude beaches or other nakedness on display places changed.

The increasing ease with sharing naked pictures(celebs) is one reason and another is the increase of cam sites that allow people all over the globe to show their private parts which then are shared again and again.

In a crowd of 100,000,000 men(100 million) you will have no more than 1,000 men who are 8 inches long.
But for the same amount of men you will have 6,231,748 dicks that are 5 inches long.

A small % of the 1,000 - 8.inch men shared all over the web and pornsites will create the illusion that much more of them are around.
I know a german group where Woman and Big Dicks are contacting and..
a) most are not as big as they advertise and b) The size queens there bitch around that they get no real meet ups or don’t live up to their expectations once met. And it’s many thousands frequenting the group..
A few really huge ones are around and active but also are picky with the woman they choose lol.

So for 99% of woman a 8 inch penis they will never get.

I noted this on tumblr when I was frequenting it. However, camera angles, porn clip and pastes, and…just out and out lying is a serious thing these days. Everyone wants to be ‘that guy with the big ass dick’ and guys are willing to lie just for the accolade, no matter how temporary if they can fudge some angles and find a good item to compare to, foreshorten to look bigger.

I don’t get it. Why lie about penis size when you’re anonymous on the internet anyways? Some people lie, but not all of course.

They still take the praise they get to their anonymous fake personality as a personal achievement.

Whatever gets your “foot” in the door so to speak, which apparently is a big whopper.

The online calculators are kind of a “feel good” version of statistics though. Comparing self measurements to scientific study measurements, and assuming a perfect normal distribution instead of a skewed distribution.

Yes, and that was the exact reason why I overcame my camera shyness and I decided to publish a dick pic in my roadbook. Simply to prove that my claim in numbers can be verified.

And another thing is that I did a pick with a comparison to an object with verifiable size (a 1 Euro cent coin) and not a ruler to eliminate the rumor of a fake ruler.

I mean claiming to have a big one, especially if it’s not by PE merit but by the genetic lottery, bears in my opinion some responsibilities. Especially here at TP where it’s not the sheer size which is important but the added size trough PE.

So my call is: whoever claims big numbers should prove them, just because the probability is so low.

People have become really good with taken pictures at favorable angles. It is funny how many time you see the same tricks. There are threads here and LPSG were people are fighting about how to take a good picture. One guy keeps telling them how to take a picture and the other guy just can’t do it. Keeps using objects at odd angles.

Indeed, that seems to be a trend.

Maybe we should declare the pic from above of erected dick with a coin put at the base as standard method. If the picture is clear, the coin gets recognizable and is a pretty reliable reference size.

It was a pic method used in the Italian section and I used it because I found it simple. But it has the advantage of being quite tamper-proof too.

There have been years worth of posts with telling people how to take a proper picture. People are going to do what they do. They like the ego stroke.

TP clearly isn’t the “problem”. We are too good at exposing the tricks.

It’s the skewing of reality though the internet selection bias. A few big dicks getting more exposure making it look like it’s the norm.

Add to that all the camera angles, photoshops etc. and young men within the very wide average range(90% of people) can easily feel small.

Just remember the camera adds 5 or so pounds to anyone.

I think it does cause a good proportion of men head problems. There have been many threads on this and other forums of guys who are actually abstaining from sex because they perceive themselves as too small, or guys who are obsessed and upset because they found out their woman has been with a larger guy or guys before they even met, often these upset guys are average or even above average size, and the off of some of their women encountering multiple huge dicks seems impossible.

The posting of so many large dick photos, whether real, Photoshopped, or snatched off the internet and claimed, is probably a big part of this.

Also, the number of guys on forums like this, and especially forums such as LPSG, who claims large sizes, usually without pictures, can’t help either.

Over on that LPSG forum, there are numerous guys claiming to possess or have seen many 11” or even larger, but numerous threads asking for just one properly measured photo have so far resulted in none over either 9 1/2” or maybe 9 3/4”, and that’s bone pressed, and huge.

On this forum I can think of at least one member who has measured pictures which are obviously done incorrect and his size is at least 1 1/2” shorter than claimed, girth off also, so I’m sure there are many with no photos who have mistakenly or deliberately measured incorrectly, or just pulled a number out of thin air.

I’m sure the perceived number of large cocks here and elsewhere, even without photos, hurts these guys too.

I think with the increase of published dick pics online due to the availability and ease of doing so, has skewed the minds of many men. As mentioned, there are various ways to take a picture to make things appear larger than what they really are. But also, we need to remember that those that are willing to post pictures (not just on here) are in fact probably on the larger side. A man with an above average tool is more likely to broadcast it than a guy with an average size. Therefore the internet is flooded with more “big dicks” and less of what is truly an average size. So psychologically we as men think these other guys are more common than what The vast majority measure up to.
