I’ll just add reps for now and add holds once I reach my goal size. It’s too much to focus on right now. Having good enough EQ to continue gaining is my #1 priority. I notice my glans and erection is never a 10 EQ since I’ve started pumping. Unless doing holds can get me achieve a 10 EQ compared to reps, I’ll stick to what I’ve been doing.
