Hey guys,

I was just wondering in regards to EQ vs Gains. Sometimes people debate if they are just getting better EQ and not really gaining.

Would an easy way to tell probably be to make an ok-grip and force as much blood in as possible and measure girth and length or something similar which will be easy to measure with a ruler?

When I do it my length doesn’t change but my girth only goes up 0.2”. So would that maybe mean by EQ is not limiting my gains but more so the lack of size. Therefore I would say PE would be a factor to my growth.

I’m just saying this because people come here and say that they gain when maybe its only their EQ seeing as maybe they didnt check how large it can get before hand. Though on the other hand I have not gained that 0.2” in girth so far unless I squeeze it pretty hard.

It would be very easy to exceed your maximal EQ erection with that method.

Better EQ helps the whole process but it’s also probably pretty quick. I would be hard to suggest that gains are EQ related after month 2 of PE.

I think most of us can tell if we are harder than usual. Keep notes of your PE and include measurements. Include a hardness scale where 1 to 5 with 5 being rock hard. If every time you have a 5, yet the length or girth is increasing, then you can be pretty sure its real gains.

You can do it your way also, the main thing is to eliminate variables, so try and squeeze the same way each time.

Don’t squeeze ‘pretty hard’, don’t use an OK grip. Press on the sides, I know it can be fatiguing but is the safe thing to do. Jelqing with an OK is like clamping and then jelqing with the clamp, around in the the top three in the ranks for dangerousity, right after the ‘Put your penis on the floor and let the car pass over it, this will increase girth.’ advice.

So most likely this level of change in size would probably be the same when gains comes. By that I mean if I am 5.5” MSEG and squeezing I gain 0.2” and then later measure a normal erection at 6”. This would be implying over time I have gained 0.5” through PE and once squeezed I would probably be 6.2”?

Marinera what do you mean by press on the sides? Are you saying an ok-grip is bad for jelqing?

This whole time I have been jelqing with an ok-grip and probably more so putting pressure on the top of the shaft and the bottom side where the large vein is. So are you saying the proper more efficient way to jelq is by pressing on the sides on the shaft?

If that is what you are saying by side, how do you do it? 2-handed or more like a pinch with your index and thumb?

Hmmm interesting and yes that may be more tiring. So I should use this method for stretching and jelqing?

No, you should use that method for jelqing, For stretching there are separate instructions.

Any preference in what angle is better for gains? length vs girth?

Wow, so the whole “ok grip concept” is wrong?

I would think not unless you’re rock hard and exert extreme pressure on it until something blows. I was under the assumption that it should not be a problem with a semi and if you get too hard it can be dangerous so you should let it go soft for a while before continuing.
