I was pumping at 10-25”hg for at least an hour a day. Too much pressure and I didn’t let myself rest enough, and as a result I got ED without the pump and a permanent blood blood blister which looks like a little freckle. It took me about 4 whole months of completely laying off or PE and a very light newbie routine after that to come back… right before bootcamp, but I still PE’d after lights out in the stalls then.
Ah, the things I’ve learned since I started.:) I’m just getting back to it after having several months of “stim dick” from too hogh a dosage of the ECA stack. Turns out in order to get the most from PE you have to either do it before you take any stimulants like caffeine, or do it 6-10hrs after your last dose. So I have to start early and finish early and exercise for the motivation it takes me to finish my minimalist 10-20min routine. Today I’m working on erect kegels for time using rice for a weight and adding more grains over time. I want to get as strong as my old mentor on a now dead PE site who would put a 10lb weight in a back pack and raise and lower it for reps.
Sounds nasty, man. But glad to hear that you’ve moved past that and you’re back into it all. And that would have been dedication, doing PE in the stalls after lights out. I’m in the Merchant Navy, but at least we get our own cabins onboard.
