During a PE day, my EG is anywhere from 5.5 - 5.75”. My EG during an off day ranges anywhere between 5.00 - 5.3”. My question is that will my dick eventually reach 5.75” on an off day while maintaining the same routine, or for me to reach 5.75” EG on an off day, do I need to get my EG on a PE day up to say 6.25”.

Oh and is there a maximum amount of girth one can attain at a certain length. I’ve just been working on girth lately and I’ve noticed that it’s getting harder and harder to gain, even while changing the number of rest days, exercises etc. Can my 5.0 - 6.0” NBP EL not support more girth? Do I need to start gaining length to now gain more girth?

Good questions. Unfortunately I cannot answer the first one.

I don’t know that there’s an outside limit to how much girth you can get at a given length. I’m sure there are guys out there who are 6x6.5. However, for aesthetics and proportion you might want to consider going for, say, a length of 7” if you want 6” of girth. That’s a pretty nice proportion. :) Also, it’s generally recommended to go for length first, since it’s harder to stretch a thicker unit.

Really the only limit to your body should be the amount of blood it can dedicate to an erection. But no I doubt you’re anywhere near a physical cap. It’s probably your body getting used to your routine, some people adapt faster, either change your intensity or keep going and take the steady slow down on gains, there’s risks to upping intensity though. Overtraining is the most notable.

As for the first question. That’s an odd occurrance to me, I usually find myself to feel a little larger on an off day, after I ejaculate or after a good routine I seem a little deflated for a moment, but then when I go flaccid it seems much larger.
