Hi fellas,

I was wondering if you could share some personal experience with have an inconsistent routine. Unfortunately due to time constraints I am only able to stretch, pump, or jelq every other day with a few back to back days sprinkled in between. With that in mind, I’m curious to your feedback on how affective my progress is going to be. Thank you in advance to everyone who is willing to share! Have a great day

I am afraid that you can’t expect miracles. Some of the key points in PE are commitement and consistency. What you describe sounds more like a maintenance routine.

You have to give a certain growth stimulus to your dick. The ideal stimulus is highly individual. Now if you have very little time at hand and without a guaranteed pattern, this will be a bit complicated. The danger I see is that when you (finally) have a bit if time the temptation to then overdo it is high.

One exercise you can start is Kegels. This can be done without the need of privacy and the results are pretty fastly felt in better EQ. Another thing is edging as a ‘soft’ PE training. This can be done in the privacy of your bed. Just be aware: edging is without ejaculation! This will help you in EQ too and can give you more stamina in sex.

Try to rearrange the priorities in life in order to go through the Newbie routine for 3 months, and then you may switch to ADS as this is a method which is not so time consuming. I prefer manual PE, but that’s just me. But skipping the Newbie Routine is probably not the ideal way.

Do what your time allows until you can do it more consistently. It can’t hurt but don’t expect much in the way of gains.

It’s all about priorities.. If you can’t fit 45minutes a day into your penis it’s probably not that important to you.

I knew straight away, as yourself, I was not going to be yanking my crank for hours a day. 10-15 minutes here and there, seemed reasonable. If ya can employ your significant other to help, do it. Maybe stretch it out before sleeping or in the morning, both with a little jelqing. Stretch it out when you urinate, or your watching a you tube video, whenever. Showers are always good, it’s easy to exercise in there for a few minutes or fill a vacuum tube with warm water and wear it while you wash up. If your laying on your back and bring your knees to your chest, you can pull your penis between your balls and thigh and when you let your legs down/straighten out you can control the amount of pull till you get stretched out and comfy. You may have to cross you ankles. I have woken up a few times in this pose. They say never sleep while doing PE, but I’m a rebel *laughs*. I read somewhere here you can tuck it in your own ass to stretch it too, but like you, I have my limitations. It is all finding what suits YOU and doing it the best you can I think. Stay positive and realistic. Adapt the newbee routine to how it suits you. Take it slow. Understand the basics about micro-tears and what the hell your trying to do to your dick before you start. This will make choosing and understanding exercises easier. Read the newbee routine and the 101’s at least 3 times. Personally I have seen small newbie gains, but I have been inconsistent at best in my routine over the last month or two. The tape measure does not interest me much, but when your long term partner takes more time to fit into and gives you crazy looks and pleasing comments when using even a little more dick, it is very satisfying to everyone. The best motivation for me was after doing my lazy version of the newbee routine was “staging”. I vacuum pumped until I filled one tube, then repeated with a larger one in steaming hot shower. Let me just say this. It was NO problem getting her full attention and affection coming out of the shower like John Wayne. Her reactions were priceless. Do it smart, do it your way and your dick will grow. I reached out to a member here I felt comfortable with and got some great advice, I am new too at this too and just trying to help.

I’m currently in the same boat. Don’t have as much time as I used to and never any privacy now. What I do do is sneak a pump into the bathroom pump up and take a shower for 15 minutes or so with it on. Sometimes 20 but that’s the most I’ve been getting lately and I haven’t been seeing much in gains. I’m going to do the newbie routine since I’ve never done it but I just need to find the time. I’ve taken some time off too so hopefully that give me some new newbie gains again.

It works man, ya just gotta find what works for you. I am convinced. Stretch that thing out as much as possible without ruining your life or your dick, it’ll grow.

Thank you all for your responses. I agree with the above responses of trying to find small spaces of time and doing the best you can with the time given. I unfortunately do not have an hour a day to put into my exercises, and do not except miracle results. But something is better than nothing!

I think with your attitude you will go further than a lot of the “gung-ho” folks, who think a bigger dick will fix their problems and want one now. Especially at first, I think you want to ride out the newbie gains and not have your EQ suffer. Listen to your body, if it’s sore give it a rest. Take the time to search the forum rather well and read varying opinions, look at others mistakes, see what most agree on, and learn from those who have been there before with a bigger dick now. After you are done with what you can surly do now with your time, the progress should motivate you to adapt from there.

I’m doing a very minimal routine at less than 10 minutes and after the first 2 weeks my EQ is crazy high, my FSL is longer by at least 0.2 inches, and, while I haven’t measured yet, it’s looking like I’m already making girth gains. I’m going more for length right now, but we’ll see what happens further down the road. Less really is more if you’re seeing those positive PI’s.

I have done 15 mins a day for a year plus now. Sometimes (two times a week) I do two sessions of 15mins in the shower. Dry jelqing. Every time I go to the bathroom I do a few jelqs. Gains ? Around 0.3 in length and 0.5 mid girth and 0.6 base girth. I never did the newbie rountine, I have never stretched my unit (lazy) I tired using and all day cock ring for a few months, I feel it helped break a plateau but I stopped cause the skin chaffing was becoming a problem. Ahh progress is too slow but with my lazy routine I feel I shouldn’t expect more
