Hello fellas, I’m new to Thunder’s Place. First of all happy new year and greeting for everyone, well, I’m in search of 1st PE routine and I would like suggestions from other members. I would like one that I could exercise during weekdays and rest on Saturdays and Sundays. I’m pretty average but I would feel more comfortable with a slight increase, starting at 6.29 length (BP) x 4.72 girth, 7.0-7.5 length x 5.5 girth is my goal, in addiction, in addiction I’ll try to lose some belly fat since I gained weight a lot lately. Furthermore I’ll post pictures of progression (if I have any :) ). Thanks a lot!

In here, very important. Is a must to know all that, because PI will indicate If you are doing it right or wrong, less or more etc.

This routine is safer compared to the Regular Newbie Routine.

BPEL 7 EG 5.5 NBPEL 6.5 Flaccid length 4.5. Started Jan 2015 at bpel 6.5 nbpel 6.0 and eg 5.2 flaccid length was 3.5

I have reached my goal. At least for now.
