In search Of A Real Penis Enlargement Compound

The tunica albuginea is about 1 mm thick. It is impossible to inject anything in it, since you can’t even see where are you needling.

How is that? Why do you need chemicals to try it?

A 1 hour erection is not the same as six 10 minute erections, nor is a 4 hour erection equivalent to eight 30 minute erections.

Deformation of collagen/elastin does not really start until about 30-45 minutes of strain, the longer the strain, the more permanent deformation.

This is why priapism (uncontrolled erection lasting 4 or more hours) is a medical emergency.

1. It can cause gangrenous tissue deformation — a gross injury and swelling that requires amputation

or

2. it can cause megallophallus - giant penis — I believe at least 1 member of this board had an episode or 2 of idiopathic ( they don’t know why) non-chemical priapism that resulted in a significant permanent increase in girth and possibly length. It was also not “deformative” in the aesthetic and functional sense.

Kdong Starting: 7.1 x 5.125 vol = 14.84 cu. in. Current: 7.1BPEL 5.5 MSEG = 17cu. in. GOAL --> 8.5 x 6.5 vol: 28.6 cu. in.

The penis is not a skeletal muscle, nor does it contain any significant amount of skeletal muscle — it is a complex organ made up of ligamentous fibrous fascia, and erectile tissue (tissue that becomes engorged with blood)

These are

The corpus cavernosa
The corpus spongiosum
The glans penis, an extension of the spongiosum and homologous to the female clitoral complex. ( —The female clitoris is not just the little nub it actually surrounds the whole vaginal opening and is a very large and complex structure of erectile tissue.)

The ONLY muscles that are really worth mentioning regarding the size of the penis are the smooth muscles that respond to phosphodiesterase inhibitors (viagra, cialis).

These regulate blood flow into and out of the corpus cavernosa and spongiosum. However, they do not represent any significant amount of the volume of an erect penis.

As you say, hgh, etc act systemically — if such substances actually acted to enlarge the penis - bodybuilders would have huge penises — they do not

They get big bowels though.

You missed the bit where blood sits idle for 4 hours in your penis, causing both blood clots and loss of circulation. The last one specifically causes gangrene, not the strain.

* 7 July 2015 (start): BPEL 17 cm (6.7") / EG 13 cm (5.1")

* 6 december 2015 (latest): BPEL: 18.7 cm (7.4") / EG 13.6 cm (5.4")

note: I study medicine, will be honest and skeptical, but I never mean to offend :) My picture thread: TCG's pictures, gains and rants.

Drugs are bad mmkay!

Do the work and stick to a pe routine, I guarantee the results will be more positive if you put in the time and effort.

Yes the lack of circulation can cause gangrene (there is a form of priapism where the blood actually continues to circulate to a degree).

However, the strain can also lead to damage of the vasculature both within and without the corpus cavernosa which can lead to later gangrene (not acute). Much like the gangrene caused by vascular damage from chronic edema and/or diabetes.
