Hi everyone. I’m new to here and not a native english speaker, so be gentle, please.
I’ve read quite a lot here(for a start, at least), and it this thread(Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine) enlisted some of the exercises.
But, as far as I can tell, they are working on the length, but not for the girth, and, maybe, even exchanging the girth for the length. Am I wrong, do I’ve got something wrong?

Please, explain that to me!

P.S. Exercise on the girth would be appreciated too.

Jelqs will work both on length and girth, just don’t be too flaccid (nor erect) when you do it.

The “exchange” tend to be temporary and usually happens when you stretch (manual) too much.

For girth you should jelq when your penis is more full of blood at an erection level of 80 to 90 percent. When you jelq at this level you will feel the internal pressure increase as with each jelq stroke you force the blood down the shaft.

Also, I’ve read that jelqs on hard penis can be really dangerous.

You don’t jelq with a 100% erection. Never.

If you want a tip use heat through the whole routine via a space heater.

Jelqing at 100% just doesn’t work, because for jelqing to work, the tunica has to remain flexible so it can stretch.
