Sup fellas, I’ve been away from ThundersPlace for awhile because I was trying this routine with an air pump. I’m not new to PE but technically new to thundersplace since it still says I’m a newbie. Besides that.. Yeah the air pump.. Long story short, no results were gained. I wanna know if there’s anyone who’s ever used the bathmate hydromax and gotten any results from it. I would love length and girth but my main focus is girth right now because I definitely lack in it. It’s honestly disappointing because I’m starting to feel like PE isn’t for me and it’s my only hope of getting any gains. This is the worse insecurity that I have ever dealt with, my confidence is literally on hold because of this. It stops me from doing a lot of things that I would love to do. Anyway, I don’t need you guys to feel sorry for me, I NEED SOME GREAT ADVICE. Can anyone help? Any routines? Any ideas?

You need manual PE. Stretching and jelqing is the answer. You will gain more than you can imagine in the long run if you stick with manuals.

I don’t have much knowledge in girth routines nor I haven’t read much about the subject to pass some good solid information to you.

But if I could give you something that would maybe do some good gains on your penis is: let go a month maybe 2 months of pump and do some manual girth. There is one routine I did that improved my girth in 0,3 cm in one month as I did it in one month only (even though I didn’t wanted to gain girth) that is this >> Mem’s Momentous Rapid Gain Mechanism

But remember: don’t start it rough, stick to the right time. Maybe you won’t see much gains in 2 months with it because you were doing pumping and I don’t know how much pressure and time you were doing; thus giving 2 months off pump might make your member return to the previous level of sensitivity towards exercise intensity.

You say you tried air pumping and it didn’t work for you. Please tell us more about your routine. You had a pressure gauge, right? What pressures did you use? How long, how often? How consistent? Did you use heat? Any manual exercises? Warm up and cool down?

Everyone is different, so what worked for me might not work for you, but if we know what you did it will be easier to suggest other things that you could try.

What I did was 100 jelqs and pump with a heating pad around the pump every other day for 4 weeks. First week I did 5 min pump. Second week 10 min. Third week 15 min. Fourth week 20 min. From there I did my 100 jelqs Monday-Friday and pumped every other day. Which left me with two rest days. The pressure gauge was set to 3 and then I gradually moved up to 5. Maybe I wasn’t patient enough. I don’t know. I just didn’t see any results.

I believe PE is genetics as well as consistency. I pump at a high levep 2×20 min. With heat and all of my girth gains are because of it. What works for me might not for you and vice versa. I say keep pumping dont stop.

Appreciate your input. But I was wondering if I should get a bath mate if I decided to continue pumping.

I might get flak for this but I dont think the bathmate (gimmick pump) is any good its way over priced but thats my opinion. 3 of my buddies have them and they all went back to air pumping. But it might work great for you.

Welcome to Thunders. What yield did you enjoy from the Newbie routine. I know that was one of the most magical times for me here at Thunders, it worked and formed a solid foundation for all else I did there after.

That’s good information, thanks. It also sounds like a well thought out way to start.

How did your unit respond? Any problems, like excessive short term fluid buildup, blisters, pain, etc? If not then you could try increasing some combination of duration, intensity, and/or frequency. Everything below assumes you didn’t have any significant problems with your routine.

At the end of each session did you feel at least a little sore, like you had been stretched out just a bit past a normal 100% erection?

If yes, then I would suggest increasing frequency. Cut back on rest days, and ideally go to two PE sessions a day. That could be as simple as breaking the jelqs into 50 before pumping, and a half day later doing the other 50.

If, on the other hand, you really never felt sore and really stretched out then you might have a strong dick. Of course that’s not what you want because it makes it more difficult to safely grow. Strong dicks need more intensity; they need to be stressed to get permanent gains. In that case I would recommend increasing the pump pressure (suction). Maybe stay at 20 minutes total and spend most of the time at 5, but add a higher suction for just 1 minute at the start and again at the middle. Maybe next week that peak pressure could be a 6, and the following week a 7, and so on until either your dick gets happy and starts growing or the opposite happens and it gets sad and starts complaining. If it starts gaining then stay at that pressure and keep doing that until the gains stop, then consider next steps. I would not go beyond 10 in-hg. And always pay attention to what your dick is telling you, and stop and rest if you need it. You don’t have a spare dick, so be careful.

Appreciate the info, I’ll consider everything you’ve said, especially with the pressure and doing PE two times a day. Right now I’m taking a week or two off and then I’m back to it. I want to try the bathmate and manual exercises. So I’ll most likely do what your saying, just with a water pump. Thanks again for the input.

Just curious… Why are you interested in the bathmate? I’ve never used one, just air pumps. Most of the posts I’ve read here on Thunders from people who have tried both suggest that air pumping is generally better. I understand that the bathmate doesn’t have a pressure gauge, which makes it harder to be consistent and controlled when setting the pressure.

No reason in particular. I think since the air pump didn’t work out then maybe I’ll try a water pump. I’ll figure something out with the gauge issue. Hopefully this works for me. I just wish this wasn’t so difficult. Oh well, but I will definitely keep you all posted. Especially if I fail again.
