In how much time will I see results with this routine?
Hi, I started again pe, the last time I did it it was almost 4 years. I am doing the routine I used to
4 minute warmup with towel
10 minutes of normal stretching combined with Av stretches and Base V stretches
2000 wet jelqs
4 minute with a towel with warm water
I want to gain length, in how much time can I expect results with a routine like this?. Can you suggest some good length exercises?
