In how much time will I see results with this routine?

Hi, I started again pe, the last time I did it it was almost 4 years. I am doing the routine I used to

4 minute warmup with towel
10 minutes of normal stretching combined with Av stretches and Base V stretches
2000 wet jelqs
4 minute with a towel with warm water

I want to gain length, in how much time can I expect results with a routine like this?. Can you suggest some good length exercises?

2000 wet jelqs? If each stroke took 3 seconds then that would be 6000 seconds which is 1 hour and 40 mins for jelqing alone. :)

Hm, from your routine it appears you have reduced warmup time which might not feel beneficial to you and have exaggerated the stretching and jelqing routine.

You’re riding the horse facing it’s tale!

Personally speaking 10 mins of initial warmup I feel are extremely necessary for me, it just feels good and safe. You talking about time, extremely long sessions, sure way to injury and disappointment and slacking.

Too fast, jelqs should last at least 2-3 seconds.

Is your length 21.5cm?? You got good length bro that’s like 8.5”. Did you gain any length the last time you did PE?

I would reccomend the newbie routine if you’re just starting again after 4 years.

Now - BPEL 18.8cm (7.40") - MSEG 12.9cm (5.07")

LONG Term Goal - BPEL 20.5 (8.07") - MSEG 14.6 (5.74")

2000? but to quick( only 1 second stroke) better 200/300 but with 3 second stroke.

Also, 2000 wet Jelqs?! Where on earth does it say anywhere to do that many? Try cutting back to 50 at 3-4 seconds each. You might just see some results and get the feeling back in your dick. Say that with a Ricky Gervais accent as well.

Stick back to the newbie routine. Hit some extra manual stretching to see what kind of length you can get out of it. I do stretches all the time, any chance I get. Spare 5 mins? There’s a stretch routine.
