In erect position the same
I’ve bin doing PE for like 3 weeks now. I know I have to do way more then that.. BUT. When my penis is not erect its kinda longer. When its erect its the same. I Jelq and pump. Jelqing I do under the shouwer with a little bit of oil. Sometimes I lose grib and it feels like its not effective. I read about you guys having pain and taking breaks for recovery. But I never have pain or anything. Am I jelqing right? I use the pump for 10 minutes. I pump it up and leave it on for 5 minutes to keep the blood there. Then I jelq for 10 minutes. Every morning. Please guys somebody give me a good course or programm. I wanna Girth!
