I’ll probably kick myself in the ass, but here it goes:

In regard to the LOT theory, my belief is the path to gaining as a newbie is on the trail of least resistance. From my own experience, I believe you should work WITH your LOT if you’re a newbie, for newbie gains, and conversely AGAINST your LOT once your newbie gains slow down. I had my best gain this past month working with my LOT, so there’s some credence to my belief.

I can’t validate working against the LOT as of this date, but in time, I will test my hypothesis.
