Improving my EQ
This is my first post. I have been lurking here for a while, and this is a great source.. Really. Please forgive my English mistakes as this isn’t my first language.
Basically, I am trying to better my EQ. I am 21, and as I am happy with my size (8 BPEL, 5.5 MSEG), my goal is really to achieve easier and harder erections. Too much masturbation, weak perineal muscles, or psychological aspects? I want to find where are my weak points. So here is my situation, step by step:
During sex: Great. Most of the time I can get hard (but not often rock hard), and I can last for hours. This is quite strange since I really feel an orgasm coming very quickly after I start fucking. I can orgasm without ejaculating by contracting as strongly as I can my BC and anus muscles, but most of the times, it’s not not as strong as a “real” orgasm, I often have spasms after, and this makes me get a little softer (like 5-6/10, and it is difficult to make it harder again). I think this is because I haven’t mastered Dry Orgasm yet.. Could this be retrograde ejaculation? I think so because after I have stopped 1 or 2 ejaculations like this, if I let it go on the third time, I don’t ejaculate, or cum only dribbles in little quantity. Well, I have to improve this, but this already allow me to have really long sex sessions most of the time..
Ease of erections: It depends. I have times, quite rare, when it takes a long time to get hard, be it before masturbating or having sex. I find it difficult to get hard with imagination only. This may be due to YEARS of porn, and daily masturbation.
Frequency of erections: Not really good, I have to stimulate myself, except with a girl. Seeing a beautiful lady in swimsuit won’t get me hard, not even semi hard. Porn is to blame again I think.
Hardness of erections: Major weak point, I would say 7 or 8/10. And of course my goal is 11.
Ease of keeping them: A few seconds without stimulation and I lose it. Exception: sometimes after like 1 hour of sex, my penis become a bit sore and just doesn’t want to go back to flaccid state any more. This is quite cool. I want this every time I have sex :)
Refractory period: It depends, sometime a few minutes are enough, sometimes I can’t get hard anymore.
Nite and morning wood: I don’t have morning wood! Or if I have one, it’s weak.. Real morning wood are very rare, but I love this feeling so much. I don’t know if I have nite wood. I never wake up hard when I sleep alone.
To improve my EQ, I have already stopped watching porn regularly. I encounter lot of difficulties with stopping masturbation. This is a challenge. I have searched and tried many things about Perineal musculation. I can’t say if my BC/IC muscles are strong or not. Here are the facts, tell me what you think:
When I stop peeing, it involves my anus muscle. I simply cannot stop peeing without contracting this muscle. Normal?
My ejaculations when I masturbate are WEAK. Basically it’s dribbling more than shooting.
During the day, I regularly find that my anus and BC muscle are contracted. Normal?
I have isolated quite well my BC muscle. But: when I contract it, I feel my muscle “shaking”, it doesn’t contrat and stay hard during the contraction. Normal?
I am trying to isolate my IC muscle, but I haven’t really succeeded yet. Any advice?
My new strategy will be:
-No masturbation. 1 time a week if I don’t have sex.
-Towel raises until I am tired, every other day.
-Relaxation during the day.
So am I concerned with what is called ED? Does my strategy to better my EQ sound good to you? Do you think I have a weak BC/IC muscle, or is it overcontracted, or do I have bad technique to use it?
