Improve control while sex

First of all, sorry if the section is incorrect, just did not know where to post it.

After starting PE, I gained something and for now I’m happy with my results, may be simply because my girlfriend is tight (size: 6.5 NBPEL x 5.2 MG approx). Anyways, the purpose of starting PE was to improve the quality of my sex life (and eventually become a sexual machine/tiger :D ), which indeed happened relative to size. Anyways, I have another issue, something I don’t like about my sex drive.

I don’t feel that I have enough control over my dick. As I am super sensitive, I could not stand for more than 20 minutes. I have always been a “hard” masturbator, which may be could be the cause of this, because I’ve always masturbated a lot of times in short sessions, so this is very much like my sex drive: a lot of 5-20 minutes long sessions.

This being said, another problem is the tempo… If I’m willing to stand for 20 minutes, the tempo should be low or average at best… If I get it faster, I would cum within a minute, so my control is very bad.

In addition I have another problem… Sometimes I don’t feel my dick that sensitive… In those cases, I don’t feel that much pleasure and eventually start to lose my erection. Before losing it, I start feeling ache in the stomach muscles, may be because of the fact that I somehow forcefully try to maintain the erection. And actually this is another problem- the maintaining of the erection. As long as I am not comfortably lying, I could not maintain an erection without stimulation. It is on-and-off (gets up very fast, then eventually get’s down very fast as well and repeat). I don’t like the fact for example while we are making out with my girlfriend, she would touch it and it will be erect and then after a minute she would touch it and it will be soft…

So I have always had these problems (long before PE). The suggestion to have more sex and to get experience is correct, but trivial, and won’t help me in my case, cause I don’t have that less experience. I have friends, who are equally experienced as me and are able to have sex for 1h+.

So am I able to change this somehow? Does edging help? Kegels? Something else?
The size part is okay now, and I feel comfortable, as I saw, that if I need to, I am able to gain more, but right now I need control, so I would be thankful for your advices.

I think kegels could with both EQ and stamina. Specifically control of your BC muscles can help you control your ejaculation response. Training them will give you more conscious control of them. Learning to purposely relax them during sex and contracting them to stop ejaculation can both be used to improve your stamina. These muscles also help force blood into your penis so improved conditioning of these muscles should improve EQ as well.

Aside from that learning to control your breathing during sex can help stamina. Breath deeply and slowly, it’ll take some concentration at first but will eventually become habit. This will help EQ too if your breathing becomes erratic in the heat of the moment.

Edging could also potentially help your stamina. It will help you learn your specific ejaculation threshold. Training you to recognize the feeling of your ejaculation sooner you can slow down or stop stimulation until your excitement level drops a little. Focusing on your breathing during this time is useful.

Practiced together you should be able to significantly increase your stamina.

I agree with Mirthanddirxiii. Especially edging. I would work on longer sessions with a light touch.

If you usually last for five minutes then set a timer for ten minutes and don’t let yourself cum until it goes off. The next time you could set it for fifteen minutes. Keep increasing the time and you will be going as long as you want before you know it.

Your speed and pressure should be just enough to keep you stimulated but not enough to make you cum. If you find yourself approaching the point of no return then stop for fifteen seconds or so and continue.
-The goal is to find that sweet spot where you don’t have to stop though.

And don’t forget your Kegels.

Can you give me some ideas how many kegels to perform and something more specific, respectively how to perform edging?

If you’ve never seriously done kegels it’ll take time to build up your muscles. Ten sets of ten second crunches should be a good starting point. Then just work your way up like any other exercise.
