i heard that stretching can give you great length gains. my LOT turned out to be 9. also, the lot is about the same between 12 and 9. which way should i stretch? there is almost no tug if i stretch downwards.

is stretching upwards a good idea?

With a LOT of 9 you should be concentrating on stretching between 6 & 9 (the lower the better to stretch those ligs).

It’s not going to do you any harm to incorporate a few upwards stretches into the routine to stretch the tunica as well, but with a LOT of 9 your greater gains should come from the lig stretches.
