The only thing I do for PE is use a extender currently. I wear it for at least 4hrs a day, I ordered a pump to see how that will work out. I never jelqed but it was the first thing I heard that could help. When I saw the tactics of it I thought that looks just like masturbating. However from this website I see it must have a lot of merit. Should I start incorporating that in my routine and do you guys think it is doing justice for y’all?

Man this is a lot of work but of course I’ll do it. My goal is 8 inches but 7.5 will be nice. I’ll have to see how to proprely jelq and I’ll be in the regular habit for sure.

Jelqing is the only exercise you should never drop from your routine, whatever else you do. It helps maximise gains from every other exercise.
It does take a while to master, but it’s well worth the learning curve.

Don’t jelq too hard! You want to feel like you are pushing a wave of blood up your shaft towards the glans (head). Aim for 60% erection - it doesn’t matter if you go 15% either side of that.
Imagine dipping a smooth stick in runny honey, then using your index finger (supported by your middle finger) and thumb to create a ‘ring’ to squeegee the honey off the stick. That should give you a feel for correct jelqing.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

When I have a good amount of time I’ll sit down and learn the techniques. I kinda wanna use weights as well after seeing a few threads on these forums.

Start with the newbie routine. If you throw lots of different, heavier stuff at it too soon, all you will do it toughen the tissues up and make it far harder to get gains long term. The greatest secret of PE is to do the absolute minimum amount you possibly can while still getting gains.

Hey bd384!

I guess you are starting like a sprinter, if not careful you might not be able to finish the race. Dropping jelq from your routine is a big mistake. Remember Pe gains take time you must build it through time.
