Jelqing is the only exercise you should never drop from your routine, whatever else you do. It helps maximise gains from every other exercise.
It does take a while to master, but it’s well worth the learning curve.
Don’t jelq too hard! You want to feel like you are pushing a wave of blood up your shaft towards the glans (head). Aim for 60% erection - it doesn’t matter if you go 15% either side of that.
Imagine dipping a smooth stick in runny honey, then using your index finger (supported by your middle finger) and thumb to create a ‘ring’ to squeegee the honey off the stick. That should give you a feel for correct jelqing.
