Immediate gains that last through day?
I am mainly focusing on girth. I usually measure myself every morning when I wake up, go workout, PE session, then measure again. I notice that after my PE session I usually have an increase of 1/4 - 1/2” increase in girth after my exercises. I then go to work, come back and measure myself again and find myself still maybe just shy of a 1/4” gain, then I just hang out and go to bed. Usually the 1/4 inch gain is gone in the morning, but is still sometimes above what I measured the previous morning (like 1/16” if that even counts as a solid gain in the long term).
I was wondering if anyone else takes measurements like this and if they do if they see similar results?
