Imbalance between inner and outer penis drawbacks?

I wondered if there’s a drawback from having your out of the body penis part bigger than this in your body? Imagine having a normal proportion of your inner and outer penis and then gain e.g 2” in length and 1” in girth. Could this cause some negative influence on your EQ/penis health because of worse bloodflow? Or is it possible that the inner part somehow adapts?

The penis is just 3 cylinders that fill with blood. Guys with natural 8” penises don’t have any more penis inside their bodies than a 6” guy (assuming similar physiques etc.). It won’t change the bloodflow. But… naturally a larger cylinder (volume) takes more blood to fill it than a smaller one, so smaller cocks do tend to get stiff and stay stiff more easily (especially when age takes its inevitable slight toll), as they only need a little extra blood in there to take them from 90 to 100% hard.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results

Agreed. Also I can’t think of anything that would make your inner penis longer, aside from gaining weight and shifting the balance that way. But I can’t think of any benefit to going at things that way!
