ok heres the deal….im about 6.5 inches in length and 4.5 in girth…..i want to get to 8 inches long and 6 inches in girth at least.

i have no clue what jelqing is….so maybe someone can explain that to me. i wanted to know what the best method was from your experiences so i could reach my goals. i dont think they are that far fetched, 1.5 inches is def a lot but not to the guys that have gained 3 or 4. thanks for your help and you guys seem to know what youre doing, so i know you can help me out. thanks again

I read the newbies information. It was very insightful so thanks for that. Do you think my goal can be reached if I only use the newbie routine? And if so how long would you predict it would take? Thanks for all your help

You should definately start with the newbie routine, and stick at it for a few months.

After a few months of conditioning you’ll be able to add to the routine, more jelqing, more stretching etc. based on what you want (length or girth, it is considered a good idea to target one or the other first, plenty of threads on this).

As for your goal, I think you’re looking at about 1.5 years regular work, perhaps more. I know this sounds like a lot, but after a few weeks this will all just be second nature and part of your day. I enjoy PE, it’s exciting to think about where you might be a few weeks from now.

Your goal would put you in the ‘huge’ category, so bear this in mind and remember that a few short years will be a small sacrifice if you get to that goal. You’ll only succeed if you stick with it though! Don’t go overboard, just follow the newbie routine for now, and read up as much as you can.

When you’re warming up, should your penis be at 60% erect or can it be limp? Does it matter or does one work better then the other?
