OK! Well tonight I picked my girlfriend up for her 30 minute break at work and she wanted to have sex, although I had just woken up from a nap and wasn’t necessarily in the mood or whatever. I immediately got a hard erection, but it went away soon because we had to drive about 10 minutes to the nearest park. When we got there I had to let myself have time to “get up” and then I put on a benzocaine condom, which numbs, and was probably not a good idea being that my erection was not full in the first place.

I have also been taking L-arginine, tribulus every once in a while, and enzyte just for the heck of it every once in a while. Do you think these are harming me because I didn’t take them today and I don’t want my penis to be temporarily dependent on them. I am 19 years old and should not have problems with keeping an erection, also, if I am not recieving direct stimulation of some sort while just teasing around, my erection tends to lessen. Do I need to take a break from everything?

A: I would monitor the situation. If she’s booty calling you in the middle of the day, one can only hope that whatever, or whoever made her so horny doesn’t push her over the edge into full-out cheating, or an affair.

Why look further? Guys are not machines—even 19 year old guys. Your biggest mistake was to agree to have sex in the first place. Your second biggest mistake was to use a numbing condom. You need to be rock hard and horny to get any benefit from those. Otherwise, they just make you lose altitude.

I also think that you do not need any, your body is accustomed to it’s products and reacted perhaps less better. You can decrease the amounts or the number of product or even stop.

It has happened to me a a few times to me with my girlfriend (I am 19 too, with the exception of the Enzyte).. We will have sex and then go to bed, I’ll wake up at 6 in the morning to go take a leak and be somewhat horny still from the StaminaRX that I took earlier that night, I wake her up and get going but after a while I just loss an erection cause I’m still tired from just waking up. So I just pass back out and finish when I wake back up later on in the morning around 10ish (afternoon for some of you working men).. Numbing condoms are really really dumb. I object to the whole idea of them start to finish. I would ban them if I could.

They cheat your body of sensation, while not truly helping anything.

If the motive for using them is for staying power or stopping premature ejaculation then I would urge you to consider other methods.

A good reference for gaining superior ejaculatory control is The Multi-Orgasmic Man by Mantak Chia (Google). It can be found in Barnes & Noble or Borders or any halfway decent bookstore or Amazon.

There are breathing methods and Kegel and reverse Kegel exercises outlined in this book which will give you what might seem to be superhuman control. I wish I’d had this book when I was 19.

It also talks about energy work - specifically cycling the energy - which may seem a little out there at first, but it is actually quite valid and … it works.

As far as being woken up and made to perform, I wouldn’t get down on myself for not being able to snap to it; being tired, being put on the spot, driving (a real spontaneity killer), a stupid condom, any or all of these things can lead to ho-hum performance. Vig-RX, Stamina-RX, Enzyte, etc. all have secret formulas. It’s crap. Do some homework on the various ingredients and read up. Buy stuff that tells you what you’re taking and how much.

I doubt you need it. Seriously. You’re 19.

The book is $16 new in paperback. You can probably get it cheaper at Amazon.com in their used section. As to summarizing it’s contents … It has do with re-training your body’s responses to stimulus; this is accomplished through breathing techniques, the use of Kegels and reverse Kegels, and cycling energy. It is too much to summarize in a post, and there are copyrights to consider. Thunder frowns on plagiarism as he doesn’t want to get sued and have the site shut down. Can you blame him?

Sounds like that stuff is working for you. If it ain’t broke …

Male Fuel can be taken on an as needed basis, or it can be incorporated into a daily supplement schedule. For younger people I would think three capsules 40 minutes to a half an hour before activity (depending on how much is in your stomach) would be fine and work much the same way Stamina RX would. Herbal supplements lose their effectiveness over time so, as I said, it’s good to give yourself a vacation from them from time to time if you are taking them on an ongoing basis.

tallguy your questions are good, and it’s good to ask rather than guess yourself. Over time you will learn who is going to give you the straight info. Just read a variety of opinions and do searches on subjects of interest; that way you’ll have some idea what the basis for discussion is.

PE can tire your dick out (as can too much sex), so maybe rest a bit like Dino said.

Here is a trial i want you to pursue and practice. But before that, i wish for you to recall if at anytime you have had a mixture of slight and distant soreness coupled with a feeling of desire smoldering in your penis. I am not a super horny person so i think this is a general thing with those who are into PE.

Also, you must understand that stay power is dependant on time. If you have not trained consistently for a time appropriate enough for your body, you will not have it. If you leave training you will loose it (i guess this is not old news). I recently took about two months off due to pains near my gland regions and sex is less firm, consistent in tempo, and controlled. (this is only natural.)

so in other words, do not worry if you think every body is just trying to tell the nicest most encouraging things they have in store or if you are young and below your expectations. No matter how high your self expectations are you can get it with PE. I understand it is inappropriate to talk sex that goes into hours here on the forum because such an act is injurious to the penis but i have in one session manage a combination of penetrative and non-penetrative sex(erect with penis passing vulva,clit and inner thighs)for over 4 hours with very little altering of erection quality. coming for being unable to manage stability long enough even for relatively short jelqing session, this is equal to reaching the sky.

so with weights we look for a loss of pain or the sign of full recovery while for PE and sex we look for the presence of soreness. soreness may also imply that you are in form and toned. However, soreness that was gotten from a workout an hour ago results in poor performance due fatigue. FIND OUT YOUR PEAK TIME(with an understanding girlfriend). ITS YOUR JOB.
