Hi all!

3 days ago, after a session (newbie routine) I noticed that something isn’t ok. My falccid become spongy and I can’t maintain a full erection, it subsides after some seconds. I’m doig PE for a month and 1 week ago my EQ was fantastic, but now..

I do some search and found some similar symptoms and I’m frightened. I’m afraid that I got a venous leak or something like that:S Can it be?:S Please give me some advice!

Give it a rest. If you think something’s wrong, do a week break from PE, complete break.

If after week you still see no improvement, go see a doctor.

I doubt seriously you have a venous leak.

Unless you were using a super high degree of force, and even then it’s unlikely. Just back off for a week or so - until you get normal erections again.

Saying that, I do actually agree with Mdrg and (the ever knowledgeable) Mr Happy. It’s far more likely that you’ve just over-worked yourself and you need a break.

Venous leaks are brought on by serious trauma.

The Newbie Routine is designed specifically to make even overzealous practice of The Newbie Routine reasonably safe from any serious harm.

You should experience improved erections practicing this routine. That you are not suggests that you are going at it too aggressively.

So let’s ask a few questions:

Are you making sure to warm-up thoroughly? 5 minutes is the minimum. Maybe go for 10. This is a step a lot of guys skip. Don’t make this mistake.

Are you stretching too hard? Jelqing? Each stretch should be held for 15 or 20 seconds below the threshold of pain. Like you would stretch other sorts of tendons and ligaments before a run or other workout. Each Jelq should be even, steady pressure that you move from the base to the glans over a 2 or 3 second interval. You don’t have to do them very hard, just firmly. It should feel good.

Are you doing your daily non-erect Kegels? 50 a day is a good baseline and should yield some erection improvement within a week or so. Don’t forget or blow them off.

NOTE: you can do non-erect Kegels every day while you recover. Just flex and hold for 5 seconds, release and repeat 50 times. It’ll help.

While you recover, I’d recommend use of a moderately hot compress for 20 minutes or so just before going to bed. Just get a microwaveable heat pad or make yourself a rice sock (or flax seed sock), heat it for a minute or two in the microwave and apply it to the afflicted area just before bed.

When your erections return to normal (and they will), go a whole lot easier when you resume.

I always warm up for at least 5 minutes.

I don’t think that I’m streched or jelqed too hard. Maybe sometimes I jelqed at a higher EL (but of course not 100%) and I masturbated a lot.

Started doing kegels daily but often forget it:S

Don’t masturbate a lot. Or rather, you can masturbate all you want, just don’t ejaculate at the end. Ejaculation really drains you out of energy, and it may even be counter-productive to PE. Try the edging method here: Dick Control: A Primer, and do it without porn - you will feel much better, be satisfied sexually, and also learn to not ejaculate and last longer in bed. The best of all worlds!

lol, if you want to gain in PE I think you need to try and seperate PE from masturbating. 14-21 times per week is enough stress on your unit without even doing 1 stretch or 1 jelq. It is no surprise that he is frightnened and wants to crawl back into his hole.

Stop yanking it so much— leave it all alone for a week or two, and restart the Newbie Routine half speed only after you start popping night wood— then you’ll know that you’ve recharged your batteries.

There is a debate [I personally believe unsettled] as to whether whacking off hinders gains— consensus is not— but your situation is why I believe it does. I suggest you save your seed for your partner of choice— and should you be a la carte at the moment, then make a weekly event out of the rub-off session— edge, baloon, work through some of the exercises in the Dick Control Primer linked to above, so that when you do have a partner you have a greater degree of cock mastery.

Jacking off tuckers out your pee-pee, and you can’t PE with a tuckered out pee-pee.

Hi guys!

Sadly I can’t see any real improvements. I can hardly maintain an erection and my flaccid is still smaller then it was and it is very spongy. It’s very depressing that every morning I hope it will be better, but it doesn’t. The worst thing is that I searched the forum and couldn’t find anyone who had the same spongy, small flaccid, so I don’t know what to think..

Please give me hints if You can! Thank You guys!
