I'm relatively new to PE and I'm not see much results

I have been doing PE for the last three weeks or so, but I’m not seeing much results. I don’t warm up with a hot towel, instead I just get the blood flowing by beating the meat lol, is that a bad idea? Why? I do around a 100 jelqs three times a week. All my jelqs are at least three seconds long. I don’t any strecthes, does that affect gains?

Do the newbie routine.

And avoid beating your meat right before or after your routine. Beat off on your days off if you must. (2 on 1 off)

Hi Cadillac; welcome to the forum. There is no better place to start than the Newbie routine. Don’t cheat. Do it exactly as described. Measure before you start it, then DON’T measure for six or eight weeks. Then measure again. If you still are not seeing results and you have followed the instructions, let us know and we’ll all try to help you.

Some guys get their first Major League hit faster than others but sooner or later everyone makes contact. Alot of guys post half-inch gains after a couple weeks and it tends to make other Newbies expect the same results, never mind those stats could be inflated and some guys don’t measure correctly. Everyone is different. 3 weeks is not enough time to expect (measurable) results — keep going.

Thanks for the feedback guys, I have a couple of other questions, it true that for maximum gains the erection level should be around 20% - 40%, I’m just a little over 5” BPEL so right now I’m focusing on gains. Also I find it hard to main the erection while jelqing, any tips one that?

I don’t know where you got that information - the 20-40% number is way off. If you jelq with that low of an erection, you’re doing more for length than you are for girth. I suppose that’s okay if you’re only focussed on length but manual stretching is probably more effective. Also, maintaining a good erection level (ideally 60-80%) while jelqing is somewhat tricky but you’ll get it with practice and concentration. For starters have some porn handy - just be careful not to rely on it because you should really be able to jelq without it. For me what works is closing my eyes and putting myself in the middle of a Sophia Vergara-Meagan Good sandwich.

Erection level isn’t a precise science. You want to be able to feel like you are pushing blood from the base to the glans of the penis, creating a ‘pressure wave’. Lower erection levels are better for length, higher for girth. In reality your erection level will change constantly during a session of jelqing so if you aim for 60 to 70% it doesn’t matter if it goes a bit higher or lower.

If you need to stop and masturbate a bit to maintain erection level, that’s no problem. 3 second jelqs are recommended to start with, but the correct speed is the speed that feels like it’s creating the best pressure in the shaft.

It takes time to learn your body. Once you’ve jelqed a while you start to figure it out.

For me, figuring out the intensity was the trick. If you have not done the newbie routine for a long while, you have no benchmark as to what is too intense, or so gentle that you are doing nothing.

CadillacCTS, I wish you all the success. For me I have gained not even 3/4 inch but the results are astounding. Even 1/2 inch is a lot in penis units [grin].
