I remember when I started at 5”, I went on for two weeks and I guess I grew .5” I don’t even know, I just remember everytime I bone pressed measured it hit 5.5”. I kept at it and hit 5.7” and then I took a two month rest since I was at Mexico. I restarted again at 5.5” :( anyways I was doing 300 jelqs mon, wed, fri, sat(sometimes). Kept it up for two weeks and nothing.. So I read about the newbie thread where you start really low and get yourself up, so I’ve been doing that for a month and a half now

First two weeks
Hot shower
50 stretches each way, UP,DOW,LEFT,RIGHT, STRAIGHT
Then a 5 second hold stretch each way while kegeling
70 Really slow 6 second jelqs, upwards for the 6 LOT motion I think it was
Kegels
Uli 15 strokes (when you hold your penis at base with one hand and jelq with the other, thats Uli right?)
3 Holds for 10 seconds ( is that called clamping?)

The only changes I’ve done is increase Jelq by 15 each week.

Right now I’m up to 150 jelqs and I havent grown!! :( The only thing I’ve noticed is raging orgasms due to kegeling

What am I doing wrong guys!! :( ((

I want to hit 6.4” at least since thats my height 6’ 4”, and that would be pretty cool to tell people that, (hey my big guy is as big as me :) )

But yeah, pros please help me out, I want to get through this and see results

That sounds like a hard routine, but at the same time the only thing that ever made me grow, and I’ve been at it like 3 1/2 months now, and only a small thickness gain for me. I have the 6 o ‘clock LOT too, but that really doesn’t indicate too much I think. As far as your height goes, I’m 5’8- 5’9 , I’m short in that way! But anyways, the thing is, you have to figure out what works for you. I’m not giving up. I’ve when I think about it, I actually gained about .05- .1 in length as well. Not much. But I’ve been talking with members, and I’m going to find what does work for me. What about an ADS?

Have you taken a look at Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!?

How is your girth?

Jelq DOWN not UP.

Jelqing up wont help you. Jelq between straight out and straight down.

Well, we’re talking about enlarging our dick, right? For one thing it’s the imagination that keeps me motivated. The other part is the curiosity for things that are communicated on this board, which keeps me coming back and reading. Through reading, I see that a whole lot of other people are very successful, which motivates me again. It’s like a regulator circuit ;)

Well abc you should try to switch your routine up a bit. Your body DOES adapt to stress over time and if you keep doing the same exercise your dick will toughen up to it. Instead of regular stretching, try v-stretches. Instead of regular jelqs, mix in some v jelqs in there too. An ADS may help too, (look up the Captains wench for a cheap and effective one.) Attack your dick in new ways to make it adapt to that. See how that goes.

How can you expect to see big gains after 2 months of PE?

Some gain fast and some gain slowly. Wait at least 6-8 months for results. I am on PE for 5 and a half months now and am seeing the first mm of growth now. After 2 months I was still struggling with conditioning of the penis. Had red spots, itchy marks etc. Now after 5 months the penis is strong and healthy and started to grow.

Be patient, and don’t give up.

As Mr. Paperazzo so wisely put, this is a slow process. just by the fact that you gained half an inch should keep you motivated enough to keep going. Plateau’s happen in all body building (and you are doing a kind of body building here.) Also, do you know your limiting factor? Ok take your erect length and compare it to your flaccid stretched length (take flaccid dick, stretch it to max WITHOUT PAIN! and measure) If your flaccid stretched length is .5 longer than your erect length, try to do more girth oriented exercises. If it is under . 5, try more length oriented exercises. the idea behind this is so eloquently put by Mr. Remek in the thread Focus Your PE and Gain! TGC Theory

You are two months and two weeks into PE, and your doing Uli squeezes and standard Uli’s. On top of that you do 50 stretches in different directions. May I ask for how long you keep your stretch?

Regardless of this I think you should drop more advanced exercises like Uli’s at this time. At this point you are mainly working at conditioning your dick, the Uli’s are likely to exhaust it instead, and hinder gains. Furthermore, if you hold your 50 stretches for 1 second, it’s not doing anything. On the other hand, if you do 50 stretches at 30 seconds, I would say you are doing to much. You say you are doing the linear routine, but I think you went out to hard.

Other than that you have had a gain of 0.5”. This is good. My first three months I gained 0.8”, and then it stopped completely. Now, at the start of my sixth month I’m starting to see some small gains again. It’s not like it will just grow and grow the more you pull and squeeze it, but more of a delicate process to find you growth-zone.

jeez… Your determination gives me motivation.

Have you changed up your routine to maybe try something different?
