Seriously? 10 seconds? How come newbie routine says 2-3 seconds. I’ve been doing 2-3 seconds the whole time. If there was sarcasm, sorry I can’t detect it. It’s 2 am and I am half asleep.

Oh okay. Because it seems that the 2-3 seconds was made for people over 6 inches. lol. I don’t have very far to travel so it takes half a second, so I just move it real slow so it’s about 3 seconds a stroke.

Well guys, I don’t know I’ve never had red spots, pain or anything abnormal, I notice my penis enlarges until I take a shower then it goes back to normal. I feel like it’s pretty conditioned already because when I first began I was already hitting 300ish jelqs on the second week until the month and never got red spots or anything bad.

So I don’t know guys, I’m pretty confused still :/

SO when I stretch, it’s about doing it 20 times but a 10 second stretch each side? Instead of 50 times for 1 second..

And I can’t find anything about the V stretch/ jelq :(
