I’ve started stretching first then may be get into the Jelq, I jelqed before but I think gonna do stretching then a combination of the two then clamping. Wish me luck, may need some insight.

For the beginning stick on newbie routine - something like this:

4-5 min hot wrap
5-10 min manual stretch (30-60 seconds each stretch)
about 15-20 min of jelq (2-3 seconds strokes)
4-5 min hot wrap
100-150 kegels 2 seconds holds each
Schedule: 5 days ON / 2 days OFF

After a while (1-2 weeks) you can include some Uli#3 for girth and v-stretch or JAI for length.

Clamping too soon will cost you erect length gains. This I can promise.

Why is this Big Girtha? Does clamping damage you easily or something? I would’ve thought you would need an iron cock to clamp.
