Hi every1.

I’m new to Jelqing and P.E. My penis length is 5.5 inches fully erect. Measuring from side without pushing into pelvis bone.

I started doing the P.E 3 days ago. I preferably do it after my workout in the gym shower.

1st I relax in the steam room/sauna.

Then I head off to the shower to start P.E.

The first couple of jelqs are fin around (60-70% erection) But after that, I find it hard to control, and it goes nearly to fully erect.

How do I solve this problem??

I tend to stop for 1-2 minutes every time I get erect to let it cool down, and I could only do another 30 jelqs before I get erect again!

The only way I solved this is by masturbating 1 hour earlier before my P.E. Is that a good thing to do?


I think you shouldn’t masturbate an hour before you do jelqs, because as I understand this may affect the results, but if necessary that you do it, you must do it, long before do jelqs. Maybe two or three hours earlier.

But remember!, Your body is adapting to the exercises, so it’s normal that to happen.

I’m the complete opposite! I find that I have to jerk off to get hard, wait a couple seconds to let it subside, then do 15-20 two-three second jelqs before I am completely flaccid, then I have to jerk a bit more, get hard, and repeat over and over until I’ve done my 200-300 per shift.

I just stared P.E. On the 16th of May and I keep getting erections whilst jelqing (I’ve heard that jelqing with a penis over 80% erect should be avoided for the first few months). So I’ve started masturbating before hand. I think this helps with not getting too much of an erection.

Initial measurements - 6.8” length (pressed) 5.7” girth
