This is the routine I am using, I got it from the beginner section on this site
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF

My questions are:

1. How long should I wait after doing this routine before I have sex or masterbate?
2. How long will it take to gain 1 inch from this routine approximately?
3. Does this routine add girth as well? It seems like it would only add lenght with all the stretching and jelqs but I don’t know.

However little or long you want. There is an ongoing debate about whether or not ejaculating has an impact on gains. Many member’s routines leave them too tired to use their tools after a routine. If I were doing the Newbie Routine again, I would have sex or masturbate after a couple hours, but not right away.

Varies a lot, and may not even be possible altogether! Then again you may be a fast gainer and do it in 6 months. The key is slow and steady. It took me 6 months to gain half an inch, and it has been a year and I am still shy of an inch.

It may. One thing I have found in my own experience is that you often get what kind of gains you are pre-disposed to. For instance, I did a lot of pumping, considered a girth exersize, and gained mostly in length from it! I don’t think that PE is cut and dry when it comes to THIS EXERSIZE=GIRTH, THIS ONE=LENGTH.

That said, there are some cases where the likelihood IS greater for girth or length. The best example I think is clamping. That is really a girth exersize. But it is not for newbies. But when it comes to Jelqing, in my opinion, you could gain in length or girth. Later on, when your unit is conditioned, you can jelq in a way that is more specialized for one or the other, but even then there is no hard and fast rule.

The number one thing to do is read as much as you can, and do searches. This is almost as important as the newbie routine itself!

1. your can have sex or w/e right after doing your exercise if you want.

2. it could take you a while if stay with that routine to get an inch. i got an inch with in a little less than 3 months of PE but this was nooby gains, i am still getting gains just nothing like that anymore. but if you wanna try to get an inch soon and by soon i mean a few months your gonna have to do more than that. each week i would stick another hundred jelqs in your routine until you hit 500 jelqs and do at least a 5minute stretch before and after your jelq session and once you feel comfortable i wouldn’t even take off days i would start trying to do this everyday.

3. jelqing is more of a girth targeted exercise but it depends on how you perform it that will determine whether or not it will target length or girth more effectively. the lower your erection level when jelqing the more it is targeting length, the higher the more it targets girth(don’t jelq any higher than 90% erection level). but yeah you should get some good nooby gains from jelqing.

1) You can go fuck/wank immediately if you want.
2) Everyone is different. Could be 3 months, could be 12 months. Or maybe more.
3) Yes, it can add girth as well as length.
