I'm new girth question

Hi I’m new and very interested in all of this, I have been reading about PE for years but never joined a forum so I think I am finally ready to get to work. My first general question is for all you gainers out there. I am mostly interested in girth with sub interest in length (Rather get girth before anything) and this is why. My EG is 4.2-4.5 depending on excitement. I realize this is VERY thin and I have asked my gf if she would like me to try and work on it and she constantly tells me no but what good girlfriend wouldn’t right? I don’t believe her but id love too haha so my question is.. Has anyone out there started at anywhere close to my EG and made significant gains? I would LOVE to get to 5.5 but I jus don’t know if its possible just yet. I have also read alot of girth gains is swelling and never permanent which makes sense but length gains can be made fairly easy and stick with you thru the years (with basic management) I hope someone is in a similar boat where I can get some solid advice! I’m with you in lacking girth department.. It seems to me that for many people girth takes a lot of hard work and dedication to come by, all I know is you have to stay positive and have realistic expectations or else will you be disappointed.

I’d be happy to hit 5 EG in the next 2 months. Would make my life lol.

Yeah, I wen’t from 4”-6” over a few years.

Best advice I can give would be to start with the NEWBIE ROUTINE and don’t do any stretching exercises. You’ll still gain length with jelqs but at a lot slower rate. Do your jelqs in sets and take short breaks to get your EQ harder and stop when you can’t get hard after edging for a minute or two. Don’t completely wear yourself out either or you’ll take longer to heal.

Thanks for the response man, appreciate it. But yes its very embarrassing to say the least.. 5 would also be great for me, have you made any progress since you started? Any encouraging gains?

As for the permanence of PE, it is both myth and reality. Some say it is, some says it’s not, some say it depends.

Really? 4-6 and kept it all? Thats impressive and very encouraging man appreciate it. SO You suggest I start with the NEWBIE ROUTINE but not stretch yet or don’t stretch at all because itll lessin my grith? Not sure what edging is going to have to look that one up hah

Hey armoman thanks for the link and response but I’m looking for more personal answers, a person with my problem who has fixed it. ID Like to hear from those people so I know what I can expect and what is in store for me

No problem. Look at the graphs in that post, especially those concerning girth. Correlate your stats with those on the graphs. I don’t see any better personalization of an answer lol.

No one can predict the future ;) . Most members will tell you that PE is unique to the person doing it. Ergo, results have a high probability of being independent.

Basically, you don’t know until you try! Happy jelqing!

4-6 is freaking awesome man! Great divider did you stay just on a basic routine? Or did you incorporate more advanced exercises such as Sadsak slinkies, horse 440’s etc once you were conditioned? PS your results are a major encouragement. Congrats

I did anything and everything, this was before I found Thunders when the basic rule for pe was “more is better”. About 10 years of trial and error hurting myself and learning from my mistakes has taught me more than you’ll ever know. Unfortunately I can’t share my routines as they are experimental and top secret at the moment. I’m a lot more conditioned than others and I really don’t want any guys getting hurt on my recommendations.

I can share with a the best advice I’ve found over the past few years. Once you get through 3-6 months of the newbie routine try giving 3-4 sets of 12-15 dry jelqs a try and then do 100-200 wet jelqs. You’ll work the areas you dry jelqed even harder and have a bigger pump. Keep it under 30min or less 3 days a week starting out. Less is always more wen it comes to pe. If you want to try squeezes a try that’s fine but keep your grip held for no more than 10-15 sec starting out and don’t do anything stupid like twist it of push backwards. If you follow my advice and keep your routine very simple and 15-30 min you’ll still have high EQ throughout the day and be able to have sex 6-8hrs later with no pain.

Unfortunately I remember the routines they used to have. 1000 plus jelqs, long workouts, and a non functioning penis that looked bad from the damage. Every post these days recommends slow and less is more. I like it. Thanks about the dry jelqs idea. I would not have done them otherwise as I like wets. Cheers

TheGreatDiver, how do you feel about the stretches in the newbie routine for someone who isn’t interested in gaining length? I’ve gotten mixed answers to that question and I’d like to hear yours. I’m doing the newbie routine right now and I’m not interested in gaining length. However for the sake of conditioning (as I’ve been told) I’ve continued to do the stretches that are a part of the newbie routine. For the sake of saving time, and because I hate stretching my unit, I’d love to cut that part out. Thoughts? Thanks.


Started newbie routine (again) March 21, 2012: BPEL 8" BEG: 5 3/8" MSEG: 4.9"

Goal: BPEL: Wherever it ends up BEG: wherever it ends up MSEG: 6"!

The current theory is that stretching allows the chambers in the CC to extend and therefore widen when jelqing. I never believes this and found the mixed goals training compromise great gains you could of had if you solely focused on just girth or length for a year at a time. That’s because your body can only partition repairs so much that dividing them among many different areas lessens the growth. Which would you rather have one-sixteenth of an inch in length, girth, and overall head expansion every month or a quarter inch in girth alone after a couple months. You’ll still benefit from light stretches to warm up but don’t pull hard enough to feel the ligaments extend if you don’t want to compromise a little girth for length. If anything try to overshoot your girth goals slightly and then focus on stretches taking grips at different points working slowly up the shaft. Don’t get me started on that weird stringy zucchini look you get from pulling behind the head alone.
