After reading the last few post written by Mr. Happy I would say I would have to agree with his take on things. 5.25” girth is big, no doubt. A 7” penis is large no doubt about it. The porn industry with it’s magic of blowing dicks out of proportion has bread a race of basket cases. I persoanlly feel we here at Thunders and other PE forums have to clean up the fricken mess the porn industry caused.
As far as fat pads go the rectus abdominal muscle connect to the pubic bone (laymans description). This is where the fat pad is. A lot of guys neglect working the lower abs to strengthen these muscle to make them strong. Also weight lifting and cardio work should help reduce the fat pad somewhat. I also think that a diet lower in starch and simple sugars would also help lean up the fat pad.
This is my opinion I think beer beings it is estrogenic in nature adds to problem by hampering the bodies ability to reduce the fat pad. Fat is estrogenic.
