That sentence right there has cleared up alot.
I always use to lose my erection after putting a condom on.

(Which then meant no protection for me and my Gf)
But I always use to say “It’s the condom it’s too tight”

And I never would of thought of my girth as big.

Ditto, took me until my third time to realize that I just needed a larger condom. I used to just be in pain for like 30 seconds and then it would go down. We’d loose the condom and have unprotected sex. Then finally I tried the magnums and it was infinately better. Hopefully I can eventually move up to magnum XL’s at some point :) I just think that would be fun to buy.

Kingpole mentioned a couple of things.

First of all, he starts from a fatpad level of many of us with these one inch or greater fat pads and has reduced it to a third of an inch. He obviously knows what to do.

Kingpole touched on alcohol, starches, fat levels, estrogenic, etc. I just wanted to add a few bullets for the board.

It is said that the way your body interacts with carbs, fats, etc is somewhat dependant on how much body fat you have.

It is said, that if you have more body-fat, you are more estrogenic from carrying the body-fat alone. The reason is, body fat has estrogen receptors, more body-fat, more estrogen receptors.

Your metabolism is also somewhat tied to how much body fat you carry.

It is said that one is more sensitive to high carbohydrates if they have a high body-fat level, if they lower their body-fat they are not as sensitive to high carbohydrates.

How to get body-fat off? Ask Kingpole.

My advice is low to moderate carbohydrates, no drinking and cardio and workout in the mornings.

My belief for most people, is a sledgehammer approach at first, and then something that is moderate enough that could provide maintenance for the rest of your life.

My mentality is similar to PEing hard for 4 years to get an eight and a half inch unit, even if it takes a couple of hours a day, then doing no more than 30 minutes of PE maintenance spread out over the week to keep those gains.

"Body fat" is two words, not one. I’m just saying.

I read an article somewhere that it was mostly a marketing move on Trojan’s part as they knew guy would think they were fun to buy.

So if my math is correct “15% wider” means the magnum XL is something like 62mm wide.
