I'm lost please help a Newbie out

So I started jelqing about two weeks ago and attained some awesome gains mainly from EQ and the best flaccid hang I’ve ever had but then for some stupid reason I jerked 3 times in a row twice a day then tried to continue my routine and I got hard flaccid like symptoms. So I backed off and with life complications I was out fit a little over two weeks and now my EQ is back where it started pre PE and my flaccid hang has not gone back and it killed my confidence that I had. Is it normal to lose EQ if you stop for that long and If I go back into PE will I regain my EQ and hang? Kind words or any motivation would be deeply appreciated thank you all!

Here’s a kind thought;; why not give yourself 2 weeks of complete rest before you really hurt yourself. Sounds good to me; how about you?

To answer your question very precisely: yes, your EQ will come back when your penis decides it’s time to get over the effects of the heavy overtraining session.

I think Jimmybob’s advice to give a two week rest is sound. I would suggest to do a daily heat pack for 5-10 minutes without any further PE training during those 2 weeks. Or at least 1 week - so that would make a restart on July 1st.

What you can do to enhance EQ is to start a Kegel routine which is separate from the PE training. So this you can start right today.

And then I would recommend for restarting a “cautious newbie routine” which contains

- 5min initial warm-up
- 2x30sec stretches in 5 directions
- 5min of very slow jelqs (5sec oer jelq) at max. 50% erection level
- 5 min warm-down

Do this routine on the following frequencies:
- First month 1on/2off (1/2)
- 2nd month 2/2
- 3rd month 3/2
- 4th month 4/2
- 5th month 5/2 (maximum frequency)

The accent here is on increasing training frequency BEFORE increasing routine intensity. Like this you slowly condition your dick to the PE stimulus. Important: keep a detailed logbook and measure only once per month.

I’m pretty sure that with this your EQ will be back very soon. And then let’s see how your dick reacts to this slow routine ramp-up. Feel free to ask question if anything strange or irritating arrives during this phase.

Just a couple. So I was doing a 1on/1off 10 min warm up,10 min stretching, 10 min 3 second jelq, 10 min warm down and my unit responded amazing to this. I had everything nailed on the head to pressure and grip and now cause I was out for two weeks I can’t recall how I got those results but I prefer overhand and was wondering where to apply pressure as on the sides or evenly all around. Because I remember in the beginning very slight pain coming from underside and strangely testicles. So even though my unit responded well to my routine. What your saying is I should start over with a lighter routine?

2 weeks is nothing in regards to PE and healing. Healing takes time and the longer you give it the better chance you’ll heal. You new people get all in a rush and want things fast. The only thing fast in PE is injuries. It will take years of hard work to get to what you want. Allowing yourself the proper time to heal makes the journey better.

I’d follow the above advice about resting and starting back with the Newbie Routine.

And when you are jelqing, try to apply pressure to the sides of your unit. That should be relatively easy to do with an overhand grip.

Believe me I know these things take time. Over this past week I have been applying heating pads 2-4 times a day for 20 min even sleeping with it on. I know I’m new and I don’t know much and that’s why I’ve reached out for guidance. I definitely don’t want to hurt myself and I appreciate all your advice. I know I must rest I just want to be ready for when I come back. That’s why I want to be sure I do things properly. So I still did have a some questions on where to apply pressure because I remember slight pain in the underside and weird feelings from my testicles. I want to avoid that so any advice would be appreciated thank you

Okay here’s my best piece of advice and it’s free. If you’re causing pain you’re doing it wrong. No one can explain to you exactly how to do it. You should know and understand the concept and figure out how to do it without pain

Just to get it right:

1.So you did uniquely jelqing, no stretching or other exercises involved?

2. And you applied heat before jelqing?

3. And afterwards, heat-down too?

4. The EQ deficit came after 2 days during which you masturbated 3 times in parallel of the PE routine?

Oh no I didn’t lose EQ my flaccid just turtled like crazy for 4 days and never went back to what it was hanging but I took appx 2 weeks off if I can remember and this is when my EQ went back to normal then I tried going again for like 4 days but I thought my PIs were bad because my unit wasn’t hanging lower after my exercises so I took another week off then tried again for about a week but then had some rough sex but with normal 7/10 EQ :/ like all night she got me off like 4 times then I tried continuing my PE but got the hard flaccid again after that I took this week off with heating pad 2-4 times a day even when I sleep. Today is one week exactly and that’s why I’m kinda iffy on taking onther week off but I know I should but this inconsistency is killing my motivation :(

And yes my routine was

1. 10 min warm up

2. 5 min basic stretching in all directions

3. 10 min of jelqing

4. 10 min warm down

That’s it

I also didn’t mean to put 10 min of stretching in previous post and also after I took 2 weeks off my EQ went back to pre PE status which kinda sucks

Jimmy and Richard gave you sound advice. I’d add to that, sometimes when taking a break my EQ can take a hit, I know mine does for about a week I also turtle in the beginning of my breaks. That may sound odd but it’s what happens to me. Also you’re cumming like a mad man! 3 times in one then another day 4 times! Did you not expect your dick to turtle from that??

You’re right. It’s just depressing when you were finally getting somewhere, when you finally had some confidence and it’s just ripped away because I’m a dumbass.. So this morning before I posted on here I did jelq for 5 min but now after reading all you guys advice I’m gonna wait until the 1st. But since I jelqed this morning do you think I should wait longer?
