To answer your question very precisely: yes, your EQ will come back when your penis decides it’s time to get over the effects of the heavy overtraining session.
I think Jimmybob’s advice to give a two week rest is sound. I would suggest to do a daily heat pack for 5-10 minutes without any further PE training during those 2 weeks. Or at least 1 week - so that would make a restart on July 1st.
What you can do to enhance EQ is to start a Kegel routine which is separate from the PE training. So this you can start right today.
And then I would recommend for restarting a “cautious newbie routine” which contains
- 5min initial warm-up
- 2x30sec stretches in 5 directions
- 5min of very slow jelqs (5sec oer jelq) at max. 50% erection level
- 5 min warm-down
Do this routine on the following frequencies:
- First month 1on/2off (1/2)
- 2nd month 2/2
- 3rd month 3/2
- 4th month 4/2
- 5th month 5/2 (maximum frequency)
The accent here is on increasing training frequency BEFORE increasing routine intensity. Like this you slowly condition your dick to the PE stimulus. Important: keep a detailed logbook and measure only once per month.
I’m pretty sure that with this your EQ will be back very soon. And then let’s see how your dick reacts to this slow routine ramp-up. Feel free to ask question if anything strange or irritating arrives during this phase.
