Thank you, your words have really calmed me but I have one last question, before asking for advice here I did jelq for 5 min today but I had an unusual feeling that I did not like in the underside during and I forgot where to apply pressure when jelqing, should I avoid the underside and focus on the sides? I’ve done some reading here and people have posted that if you want length gains focus all the way around including top and bottom but is the right way? I don’t want to hurt myself or set my self back anymore.. Also In the beginning I would not use two hands at the same time but still got amazing EQ results but is that the proper way too? Should I apply pressure with one hand st the bottom before releasing the top? Thank you all for your thoughts and advice

I’m not a pro at this by any means but I wouldn’t do anything until you feel better down there. Pain is a clear sign to stop immediately. I’d personally apply mild heat and just do some gentle massaging to encourage blood flow. What’s the point of a big broken dick?

I’ve read about c grip jelqing which focuses on the sides. Supposedly it allows for blood to exit the penis and is less intense. Obviously it creates less expansion too though. Less is more.

To be honest I just want my EQ back which put me a little over 6” and I was ecstatic now I’m back to 5.75 so do you think just focusing on the sides will get me back there?

I think Lilhelp’s answer is a great one. Go for the C-Grip and start to ramp-up into the newbie routine as I described it.

But first the rest time with Kegeling as most important training component.

No panic, just give your dick enough time to recover first and then start slow and easy.

Also ejaculation makes my Eq subpar and it takes like a week to get to that EQ 9-10.
