# I'm looking for just length

Also, how long do you think I can get by streching. I would really like to be 7” by june/july. However, it is most important to me that I want to know what I will “probably be” by doing the above exercise so I don’t overestimate and do something to rush and injury myself or lose hope.

What do you measure?

Nobody can be honest and tell you how much you can gain in a certain amount of time, EVER. Everybody is so different and gains in different ways and rates. The primary thing to remember it that you will probibly never see ANY gains if you get discouraged and are not consistent with your PE.

I think I also want to gain just length. My girth is 5.5” around the middle and 6” around the base. Which one of these is the girth that people talk about? Because if it is around the middle I would try to add a little girth. Also when stretching for length and you hold each direction for 30 seconds, do you let go between direction changes? Or do you just hold the stretch for the whole time? I currently do the stretches in a hot shower, but should I get out of the shower and then start doing the stretches? Or does the heat of the shower help while I am stretching?

Typically, if people are talking about girth without being more specific, it’s midshaft girth. Measuring base girth is worthwhile as well, though; it’s just more information, and that’s not bad.

I don’t think you would be doing badly if you keep the stretch maintained for the duration of the stretching exercise, but personally, I think I stretch, release stretch, change direction, stretch in new direction, release stress, etc.

I think doing the stretches in the hot shower is just fine. Doing them afterward is just fine too.

Just don’t lose your grip, resulting in your hand swinging up in an arc, striking yourself in the forehead, and knocking yourself out. That would be dangerous, especially in a hot shower. ;)

If you learn to stretch properly you can gain 1” within an year or less for sure.

So you are a natural 6” girth.

May I ask you a question?

Which is your width ( not girth ) at the base, mid-shaft , just below the glans and on the large part of the glans?

Mark001, I will disagree with you on that. We have had more than one member who has not gained an inch within a year.

I know. The point is ” to learn properly how to stretch”. I have the impression that a lot of guys find difficult to learn the fundamental of stretching and after that the correct personal way to stretch.

I agree that proper technique is very important for any PE exercise.

I just don’t want anyone reading this thread to think that an inch gain in a year is “for sure” as you said.

if I read correctly the diagram, the probability to gain an inch the first year is not ” for sure ” but however is very good.

I think before choosing a routine you must see the linear newbie routine also..
I was doing standard newbie rather strictly sticking to it.but I had -ve PIs..
