I'm having issues with my flaccid state. (shrinking!)

I’m almost 38 y/o and my penis in its flaccid state, is getting smaller in certain situations, and its driving me crazy…

Its the most obvious in these few situations…

1. When im about to take a shit, I pull my pants down and look at it. (Turtle) Its almost uncut looking and im cut! micro penis size!

2. When im lifting weights… im always having to pull it out because it turtles up again!

3. Before a shower or bath, turtles up again!

Few extra notes.

-sometimes it doesnt happen when lifting or taking a bath… ALWAYS before a shit though!

-It has zero effect on my normal erect size which is 7” BP and over 6” NBP

-Doesnt happen in any other situation

-I’m currently not doing or have done any PE for years…

-This never happened in my teen years etc.. This started to happen around a year ago.

-My overall flaccid size has shrunk a little bit, but not by much.. I have to make note of it though.

Please help, I cant stand it anymore… The worst is when its happening when I work out.
Its really upsetting because I HAVE to get it out, it doesnt feel right when it turtles.

My sex life is absolutely unchanged.. Great erections, great sex overall.

I really have a strange dick, sometimes my flaccid hangs really low, when I have a piss or it can be rather small…

Any advice would greatly be appreciated!

I can only shed a tiny little bit of light on one small part of it. When you work out hard then your unit will turtle so the lifting weights part makes sense. When I used to work out very hard my penis would actually retract into my body. Extremely uncomfortable but not a health issue to worry about. Unfortunately I know of no way to prevent this other than not working out so hard.

Dude, I totally turtle up when I work out. I think the strain causes it to pull back into the body. It’s not a big deal. Once you’re done just take a hot shower, It should loosen right back up to a nice hang again.

On a side note, do you drink alot of coffee?

Yeah, when you work out more blood is needed in your muscles hence the turtling.

7BP and 6NBP sounds to me like you have a …larger than average fat pad. Maybe the weight is catching up. I know on heavier set guys it does tend to turtle up.

It was never like this before, I understand more blood is needed in the muscles but, when it retracts inside of me.. I just cant deal with it, so im always pulling at my pants.

I’m about 210lbs, pretty solid, however.. feeling down at the pad, it is rather soft…

I know since ive gained weight my penis looks smaller…Has me Furious! Especially with all the women I hit around town. LOL

This is correct. I used to be obese, but I’m skinny and fit right now (albiet more akin to “skinny fat”), but I have some left over fat in a few areas, crotch area included. My BPEL and NBPEL differ by over an inch.

If you really want to know, take your fingers and pinch your crotch. If the thickness of your whole crotch pinched is thicker than an eyelid, then that’s just remaining fat you’re holding onto in that region. This method, however, applies to all other parts of your body. Your skin is an active (and the largest) organ on your body so it expands and extracts as you gain/lose fat.

You can greatly assist your skin’s elasticity and ability to extract by taking Vitamin C and Gelatin (a type of protein).

If not affecting your erect size I wouldn’t really bother, I’m 19 and when I lift weights it shrinks but when I get into cold water it get bigger but thin and stiff. How that for strange to you?

Hahah same thing with my penis. It changes too much. Sometimes small, sometimes hang big. I also find it bigger when I need to urinate. After that, it shrinks under the normal. Then maybe hours later, when I don’t wanna urinate, it’s bigger again.

Do fowfers man, let us both try to get it so big that we don’t mind if it shrinks!

Lol I know the feeling, I’m 6’4 225 and I havent worked out my body like I used too, I HATE the fat pad!

Try adding heat through out the day, I have been doing that lately and it opens up blood capillaries allowing your flaccid state to be all it can be. I am probably going to order those heat wave packs and apply heat round’ the clock in all honesty.
